It was our first visit to Chipotle.
Tried a Carne Asada, because it looked so good in a commercial (2 of us).
It was very tasty !!

I went there today at 2pm for my lunch got my lunch and at check out I ask the employee BIKONA for regular chips and 2 vinaigrettes I pay for my meal, gives me only 1 vinaigrette I ask for the second she says I have to pay for it I said that’s fine, gives me the second and doesn’t even charge me for it, I go at a table to seat and eat to find out she hasn’t given me the chips I asked for and I paid for I go back right away ask for it and rudely gives it to me says that she swear she gave it to me and when I ask for a manager walks away with an attitude. Another employee comes in stead of manager I asked very politely for them to check the camera since there employee swears she gave me the chips if she did why would I go back for it. No manager comes out to speak and the employee says she will talk to her. Very rude and ridiculous service for something that I wasn’t given by the employee in rush instead of replying politely and saying sorry tries to blame it on a customer.

There’s a single taco made out of a burrito wrap when I ordered hard shell tacos? Not sure where the first one went but on top of that the people who work there are just gross and rude but they wrapped in it tinfoil which leaked everywhere.

I just want to preface this with the fact that I’ve been in the restaurant industry myself for the past 10 years. I know the days are long and can be mentally frustrating at times. That’s why I always do my best to make the employees experience as painless as possible when I come through the door. Today I came to your establishment after a long morning at work, and left feeling pretty terrible about myself. I ordered a honey chicken bowl with a side of chips and queso. Everything about the interaction was normal until I was about to pay for my food. At that point I over hear the guy that made my order tell the cashier “Yeah this one was predictable, honey chicken bowl AND guacamole AND chips AND a side of queso.” I just put my head down, paid for my food, and left. But it really bothered me the way he was making fun of my order and subtly my weight. I wasn’t going to make a big deal about it, but my whole car ride home I kept overthinking the interaction and it didn’t sit right with me. I shouldn’t pay for an expensive meal after a long day and leave feeling worse than when I came in. Not cool.

We ordered burritos with sofritas and the girl packed it SO FULL! Then my boyfriend asked for bowl to eat the burritos over because it was so full we knew it was going to fall apart. After a moment of confusion, she obliged.

Worst service ever! These people are scamming, and rude with the customers. I don’t know what’s going on here! They charging extra and if you’re gonna ask them they’re not giving the full refund and if you ask the cashier about this they’re like “that’s all we can do for you” is this fun for these guys to scam people and tell that’s all.

I’ve been to this Chipotle before – but this is the last time I’ll be coming. I put my order in at 12:00 PM with a pick up time of 12:40 through the website. I prefer to order my food in person, but quesadillas can now only be ordered online. I arrived a bit early at 12:33, expecting my food to not be ready.
My food was ready at 12:33 and I suspect it had been sitting there for a while because when I got back to my office at 12:40 – it was COLD. The pico was stale, my guac was lukewarm, and my fajita veggies were packed on the side instead of in my quesadilla.
Halfway through my cheese quesadilla, I bit into something very hard. There was a bone fragment in my quesadilla. I don’t eat meat.
The workers seemed nice and the customer service was good. It’s just the quality of the food was blegh.
