This visit to Chipotle was beyond frustrating. We ordered via DoorDash for pickup, and what we received was laughable. Both the burrito and burrito bowl were half the size of a normal portion and at $14 each, that’s unacceptable. The tortilla chips? Stale, like they’d been sitting out all day.
To make things worse, the customer service was abysmal. No greeting, no courtesy, no basic awareness. It felt like the staff had neither the people skills nor the common sense you’d expect in a customer-facing job. If this is the new standard, Chipotle has really lost the plot.
Save your money and go somewhere that still values quality and service. This location clearly doesn’t.

This is the worst chipotle I have ever had! The whole point of ordering drive-through is so it is faster, right?? I was a few minutes early and I got told that I needed to come back that I was too early. I was five minutes early and usually they have your food ready. There was no one behind me if there was I would have pulled around and went around again. Why couldn’t I just wait there until it was finished?? I was a few minutes early. They were acting like I was a half a hour early.The attitude was definitely uncalled for. The portions at this chipotle are not accurate compared to other chipotle’s. Hardly any guacamole, cheese lettuce, etc. Highly wouldn’t recommend

Came here for dinner between 5-6pm. The food looked like what you would expect it to look like 5 minutes before closing. Chicken was dried out, some of the container were even empty and weren’t being replenished. Portion of protein and rice was horrible. I asked for more and got barely a pinch more. The chipotle in Reading is 100 times better. For what you’re charging for a bowl here, be more generous with the portions and freshen up your food while you’re at it!

my only protein option was chicken, they had no corn, no veggies, no guacamole, and gave me one small scoop of rice. i was very disappointed in their service. i asked for a cup lid and they gave me a bowl lid instead. also, i asked for 2 spoons and they gave me 2 forks. this was terrible and i am never coming back. highly don’t recommend coming to this chipotle.

Came here (newer location in my area) today after visiting my favorite chipotle location and they were out of fajitas. It’s not a steak bowl for me if it’s missing fajitas, lettuce, white rice, black beans, hot and mild salsa and sour cream.
I am hoping for consistency, so I don’t have to drive 20 minutes away for when I crave a steak bowl.

Ordered twice recently from this Chipotle. It used to be decent. First time we ordered through Door Dash and food arrived ice cold. We figured it was because of that and ordered again on the app to pick up ourselves. Again everything was cold. The cheese in the burrito wasn’t even melted. How long are they letting the food sit there? I think the health department needs to be notified because it’s food poisoning waiting to happen. Won’t eat here again.

This location is A+ in my book. We live closer to the Pottstown location,but,after eating here one day when in the area,we made this location our first choice. For one the Pottstown location seems to up charge or they just don’t know what they are doing. My husband and I both get the bowls Everytime,the same thing EVERY TIME,well at Pottstown we are charge almost $45 for them and the peppers and onions are gently cooked,the rice is dry and the soda machine is nasty. At this location we have never paid more than $35 ,the food always tastes fresh,the customer service is spot on,the place is clean and you can tell their soda machine is cleaned often . We have never been disappointed at this location. The entire atmosphere is lighter and more welcoming than Pottstown by far. Don’t ever change cuz what your doing is perfect,thanks for the good food and service

I actually love Chipotle — it’s one of my go-to places.
But this location really drags the whole name down. The portions are only about half the usual size, and the meat was cold and dry. This is the exact opposite of what Chipotle normally stands for. Really disappointing — I hope this gets addressed and improved.

The portion sizes at this one are significantly smaller than other chipotles that I’ve been too. The chicken also had a very weird texture, almost like it was slimy and just didn’t seem right. This isn’t the first time I’ve been disappointed with this one, so I will stick to other local chipotles even though the drive is a little longer.
