This is my second time at this location, I was also there on their opening day. Got two honey chicken bowls, and a kids quesadilla meal. I will say the portions are smaller than what I’m used to at Chipotle, but the food was good and the service was pretty decent. There wasn’t a line, but one started forming shortly after we got there. Considering the fact that they just officially opened 2 days ago, overall it was a pretty good experience. Hopefully as time goes on they start giving out larger portions

I’ve been here 3 times now. First time was okay, burrito big enough but not well-wrapped. Second time better, burrito bowl was fresh, tasty, moderately sized. Today the best- see pic- sofritas bowl with plenty to eat!

Been here three times have not had a positive experience once. Staff is way to rushed that the portion sizes are ridiculously small. As not getting a lot in my bowl to begin with i know there would be less food, so i let the staff know so that i can have a good size meal, they didn’t care and when asked for more rice i got less than half a spoon full. If im paying $14 for this bowl i at least want a decent amount of food. Thinking a new chipotle like this would give better portions, I couldn’t have been more wrong. I would avoid this location until changes have been made.

2nd time getting delivery and got drive thru before. left out my fajita veggies, filled half my bowl with shredded cheese and also tomato salsa when i didnt ask for any and hsd yo pick out the onions in the salsa; both times my friend and i got uber eats from here they left out my side of queso and didnt give us any utensils or napkins when its also literally on the bag description of the order. dont even want to get chipotle anymore

Dont eat here. There are much better options for much less money. The poorly trained staff is scary. Do not trust these people to not make you sick.

Nothing is ‘cooked’ on site. It’s all prepared sous vide in some mega kitchen warehouse and dumped into the steam table to ‘heat’ it up.
The food is never hot-questionable holding temps on both cold an hot ends of the food safety range.

I’ve been to this Chipotle location twice now, and both times my order has been messed up. The first time, there was barely any protein, they ran out of rice and instead of going back to get more, she put HALF of the spoon and moved on. The guac portion is less than a teaspoon, and it cost nearly $3. That’s completely unacceptable. The fact the worker saw that portion, served it AND charged me for it is BAFFLING. I have attached a picture because I honestly could not believe my eyes.

Thought since they were new they would be better stocked with food. Did a mobile order and it was the lightest bowl I’ve ever seen. Order a side of the new ranch sauce and the cup wasn’t even filled halfway.

Out of several items. The pinto beans were pretty much crusted over. The steak looked dried out. I decided to pass but my kids still made it work. Then while eating her bowl, my daughter pulls out a long piece of plastic wrap from her mouth. Yukkk… $23 waisted.
