Out of something every time I go, this time right at lunch they hadn’t cooked nor were cooking and peppers and onions and the chicken had 15 mins to go at least and when I asked how long I’m peppers and onions they said a long time! Then the chips I got were half cooked flimsy pieces of card board!! Chipotle has gone way down hill!

I came in at 6:15 and I was told that they’re not making burritos because they close at 7. I was also told they’re not making any more food because they close at 7. I politely left and ate elsewhere, but I really wanted that burrito. As someone who used to work at Chipotle years ago, unless policies changed at some point, we cooked until the very end. Serving every customer until doors closed. Considering that the employees were just standing around talking and turning lights off at 6:30, it really seemed like they just didn’t want to cook, and were just trying to get out early. Probably learned this behavior from poor management, who also feels the same way. It just seems Chipotle just gets worse but more expensive every year.

I used to go to the store in dekalb outside the mall but I decided to give it a try to the inside mall store, i was super upset with the size of the meal since I asked for double meat which they clearly gave me 1/2 and asked for lettuce which they didn’t put on my meal, i had a reward free entree meal through chipotle rewards and had to pay $2.38 , I don’t know where was stated that a free meal u had to pay for the guac which was as well half of a spoon! , anyways, won’t be going to that store anymore to get a half bowl.

This has got to be the most poorly managed chipotle location I’ve ever visited. I’ve visited this particular location about 5 times and am consistently met with a very poor attitude from the employees. They seem completely miserable. They’re also constantly out of ingredients like the veggies and dressing.
