Came here after helping my brother move into college why was every single table disgusting. And the drink area there are forks missing napkins not readily available and it was a very disgusting. There are at least 6 people on the line and not many customers. Manager in charge could have asked one of the employees to quickly clean the lobby. It’s a Sunday afternoon no, food rush. Please be advised that I have worked fast food before so this coming from someone who values cleanliness in the restaurant.

Came here a few months ago and swore we wouldn’t come back. We happened to be in the area for some other business and agreed we would give it another try. Food was mediocre at best. The white rice was hard, the chicken was tough and it appeared that there was some friction between some of the staff. The counters were dirty, most of the napkin dispensers were completely empty and there’s 3 employees just standing behind the counter gossiping. What a dirty place! We won’t come back again!

I swore I would never go back here after so many awful experiences but I decided to give it another shot after a few months away. What a mistake that was! It was actually impressive how disgusting this place was. There was not a single clean table in the place. I could have made three big burritos with all the food left on the tables. There were no forks and the area where they should have been was covered in trash. Probably because all the trash cans were so full that you couldn’t fit anything else on top of them. Even the chips were terrible. They were so soggy and full of oil that you could bend them like rubber. I know I’ve said it before but that was genuinely the last time I step foot inside of this chipotle. Everything about this place is beyond repulsive.

Barely anything in the bowl can see the bottom of it. Didn’t have fajitas veggies like I ordered and paid extra for queso only to not have that either. So many burnt pieces from the grill mixed throughout. Very unpleasant. 12 dollars for this? So disappointed. Will not be going back.

You won’t believe this all around horrible experience. Here we go…1) Purchased drinks but they were out of Sprite and Diet Dr. Pepper. Told them they were out and they just said we don’t have anymore. How about tell me that when I buy drinks? Purchased chips and queso, chips were stale/soft…nasty. Asked for different chips, they just gave us more stale chips. Clearly didnt have any that were fresh. Tacos puchased with massive amount of sour cream and cheese with very little chicken. Asked for a water cup for water and they said they don’t give out water cups. Went to go put my trash away and they had taken out the trash containers and other patrons just dropped their trash into the hole for which no container was underneath..so there was literally trash all over the floor where the can should have been. Tables were filthy dirty with food all over them. My bowl was very poorly made, it was half full and i paid for extra steak..I didnt want to say anything as at this point as I was just over it. Never going back. I had a horrible experience last time i was here 2 years ago, clearly nothing has improved. All of this and I have pay your high prices? Give me a break. What a dump of a place all around

I love Chipotle but this location is the Worst… Yesterday I ordered a protein cup, and the manager told the employee to only fill the cup up 3/4… Why in the world would you only fill the cup 3/4 when I’m paying $5 for this small cup….If you’re gonna say that, at least don’t let the customer hear it… The bathroom sink is broken, the ice machine without ice, the tables were dirty… This location needs help!

Honestly I love chipotle, went in with my friend who was ordering (I wasn’t getting anything)
And was instantly greeted with a disgusted look and an eye roll by the employees when we walked in. The girl serving my friend her food was honestly so rude and just walked away in the middle of her ordering. And also kept speaking to all the other customers so rudely as well. The same girl with the attitude problem kept touching her eyes and face and wouldn’t change her gloves when multiple customers asked her to.
She gave such small portions. There’s no reason anyone should pay $16 for a bowl and not even have enough food in the bowl to fill it halfway! My friends bowl looked like actual dog food. And I’ve seen her order this exact order at different chipotle locations!
The chicken was BURNT.
The tables were completely covered in food and there was nowhere to sit. The trash cans were beyond full and nobody could throw out their trash.
Did I mention how disgusting the tables were?

We ordered 4 things through the app and went to pick it up. Found the bag with our name and left. Got home and stuff was missing and noticed it said bag 2 of 2 but we didn’t see another bag when we were there. Possibly our mistake or someone took it or a mistake on their end.
Went back, didn’t see the bag, asked for help. The staff said they didn’t know anything about it and just kept working without a car. Totally clueless.

I’m editing my previous review from last year. When you’re paying for your guacamole, you expect better than this. Also, they always miss the fajitas even if you specifically mention extras. There was not a single piece of fajita veggie in the bowl. Sad bowl of food!
We gave them more than one chance, thinking it was a one-time mistake. This is our last order from this chipotle.
