For me, the most important measure: would I come back?
Yes.
We were here for dinner around 6:30pm on a Wednesday and were served quickly. I asked for steak tacos but they were out of steak, though were in the process of making more. Instead of waiting, I had beef barbacoa instead. The server put a sample in a small dish for me to try. Yum! Good backup to the beef!
We all had good serving sizes (2 in our group are bringing home leftovers).
I really liked the mandarin agua fresca!

Worst Chipotle experience I’ve had. I paid extra for double protein, yet received a portion smaller than a standard single protein order. That’s not a mistake — it feels misleading and dishonest.
The wait time was excessively long, and no staff member offered an explanation or apology. Overpriced, poorly managed, and clearly cutting portions. This location does not meet Chipotle standards. Avoid if you value your money.

Okay so I never leave reviews and this may even be my first one, but the worst Chipotle literally ever. Found a bug in my food tonight and when I went back to inform the manager I was told that “problems like this happen with fresh produce”. Absolutely unacceptable. Their lettuce was obviously not washed well enough or even at all. And rather than having good customer service after the bug incident, I get told that problems like this can happen. Problems like bugs??? Bye. Had to call 1-800-Chipotle and was only offered a free entree…had to fight for a total refund instead because who would want to eat a bug filled Chipotle bowl ever again? Not me. Good luck when it comes to ordering from this Chipotle. Enjoy your bugs

Chipotle has really gone down hill. The food is still very good but everything else about this place makes me cringe. The staff is absolutely miserable and would rather argue with you about your order than give you what you want. I ordered 2 kids build your own tacos. Upon realizing that they did not give us meat with them, I showed the cashier and he said “you didn’t ask for meat.” I’m sorry. Do many people come in and ask for lettuce, cheese and rice tacos for their kids? Maybe if they weren’t rushing you through the line, I would’ve noticed that they didn’t add meat to the kids meals. Every single table was dirty with food on it and the dining in general was filthy with overflowing trashcans. If the food wasn’t so good, I would’ve never come back. Try harder, Chipotle. The customer experience should be paramount. At some point, it won’t be worth it to visit your restaurant anymore.

I was really disappointed with my recent visit to this Chipotle. I ordered a bowl and received barely half the usual portion — it looked like a side order instead of a full meal. What made it worse was that the staff member preparing my food was clearly rushing through the order, even though the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. It felt like he just wanted to get it over with instead of making sure I got what I paid for. For the price, I expect better quality and consistency. Definitely not the experience I’m used to from Chipotle.

A chipotle where the employees aren’t miserable? Rare these days. This place is effient and the employees are far more functional than any other near by chipotle. Beverage area is usually dirty and table need to be wiped down more. But overall this is a better chipotle than most.

This Chipotle next to Pottstown Pike in Exton is good. I have ordered inside the restaurant as well as a mobile order. The parking is a little challenging. They do have outdoor seating available during warmer weather.
I placed my online order and reached the store in 15 minutes. The order was ready, and there was no delay.
The place is well maintained. However, I feel this store ingredients are not to fresh level compared to others. But located in a main area, this is OK.

Why did I even eat here tonight? This is worse fast food place I’ve ever been to. As for Chipotle, the meat portion was very stingy. The counter was filthy. The cashier was wearing headsets while ringing us in. Turned around to find a place to sit. The tables and floor were filthy. Had to ask an employee to clean a table for us. He chose one and left the rest with trash. Went to get my drink. There was trash on the drink station and all over the floor. There was no ice. Glad to be finished, I walked out and the trash cans were full. This location should be an embarrassment to the Chiptole name.

I ordered on Halloween special (Sunday). One of the order is default chicken bowl, food portion was very less and chicken might be only a ounce , lot of tomato chunks not salsa , tasteless (no salt in the chicken pieces), another order is customized burrito bowl(kid ate this and not sure how the actual taste was but portion was good in this) . Third order is chicken quesadilla(digital only) , portion size was good, along with we got corns , green chilli salsa , white rice as sides. Quesadilla tasted ok but chewy though.
Order was for takeout around 7.50pm and ordered at 6.45 on mobile app. Went to store at 8 pm and waited to get my order, received at 9?!!!. Surely the day is bad , understaffed ??. Hope they get back on track and will try on another day to re review it.

I had a disappointing experience at Chipotle recently. When I ordered rice, the staff member told me there was no white rice available, even though I could clearly see some in the oven. I opted for brown rice, but it was undercooked and not up to standard.
To make things worse, the person preparing my bowl was very stingy with the portions, giving me half scoops of ingredients. When I tried to speak to him about it, he completely ignored me and acted like he was doing me a favor, showing an unprofessional attitude. It felt like I was being treated as if I was eating for free, which is unacceptable as a paying customer.
Chipotle, you really need to train your staff to be more respectful and attentive. A smile and good customer service go a long way in creating a positive experience, and this was definitely lacking during my visit. I hope you work on improving this in the future
