Loved Chipotle back here yesterday with a friend. We didn’t want to spend a lot of money but we were a little bit hungry. So we split a burrito. They are gigantic and have everything we want. It was so delicious.
They do not disappoint when it comes to value. this place was so busy. There’s plenty of parking. Never a problem. We need fill up before our exercise at planet fitness. The staff was great.The place was clean. Keep up the great work!

Whoever is in charge of ordering and inventory for this location needs to lose their job genuinely. They have the BEST tasting food when they actually have ingredients. I workout next door three times a week and 99% of the time I come here for dinner, they are out of key ingredients by 8pm. How do you have two hours left of service and you’re out of lettuce and pico and chicken multiple times a week/month.

The staff although abrupt in handling customer orders was efficient and coordinated. They were always aware of what was asked from the customer even down the line from their assigned space in the food/ ingredient stations.
At the register the staff was able to clearly communicate that we had ordered a “large guac” and the staff member receiving this message made it clear that they had heard this and were happy and ready to get it together for our order.
The food was fresh, well seasoned and exactly the way I like when I go to chipotle!
Would go back to this location again.

Went to get something to eat right when they opened at 11am and the staff are already in such a miserable mood. Cashier yelled at my friend who politely asked for the bathroom code while we checked out our food. This cashier has nastiest attitude so we just decided to just leave asap and go elsewhere.

I was extremely disappointed with my visit to this Chipotle. The staff displayed rude and unprofessional behavior, making the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. Customer service was poor, and I did not feel valued or respected. This location does not meet the standards I expect from Chipotle.

This place is filthy. It all comes down to management but ultimately the owner. Chipotle corporate needs to check on the owner because this location is absolutely the worst I’ve experience, no cheese no lettuce dry meats , clumped rice. Workers looked burnt out. Homeless people in front of the store. Last time I’ll order here. Save ya money and spend a bit more time and go to a different location.

The one day I come in for a very late lunch, there’s an illegible sign on the door that says mobile orders only. I think it was the manager yelling at people to read the sign, then she said out loud, while on the phone in her AirPod that she was going to stop talking and telling customers and just look dramatic. Out loud. Terrible customer service. Write neater maybe? Or just point to the sign??

This place is a disgusting mess. For some background, i have a pregnant partner who needed food to stave off nausia – so we ended up here. We ordered ahead because we wanted the food to be ready as soon as we arrived. Instead, a girl behind the counter held onto our food and waved us away from grabbing it. After several minutes where she stood around holding our food, she crumpled the bag and finally handed it over. While this was upsetting enough – especially as my wife fought off vomiting – our order was wrong and prepared with a pathetically small amount of food. The bowl was covered in cheese, (which made my partner gag), but had no beans. The burrito was crushed and pathetic, with no cheese, sour cream, or veggies, in spite of the order. We will never go here again, even if we’re desperate. I’d rather chance the McDonald’s across the way.

This place needs massive help, all the way from crew, management to cleanliness,
Story: walked in with a paid for two meal deal we got from work. the person working the line completely ignore us for as long as he could, only Male working this shift very strong unwanted vibe … he took our “coupon card” and didn’t even look at it and said yes this is buy one get one free….anyways we didn’t care about because we read the back of it clearly, we proceeded two order the 2 meals and everything that was included. My guy working the line went out of his way around to the front of the register where we were to scan the discount card to show us what we had to paid, and the total amount went to zero, all he said next was” you are good to go” this was a take out, our food with no lids at this point we didn’t even bother asking for a bad to carry it, I almost felt as if they were taking this meal out his check. Anyways. On top of that see pictures….not the best chipotle perhaps might be the worse and I love chipotle just keep the “hood ” out of it.
