I don’t know if I’ve ever given one star across the board, but I guess there’s a first time for everything…
I haven’t had Chipotle in quite some time, so I decided to give it a go. I ordered well ahead of time using the Chipotle app. I arrived a minute after it said my order would be ready (approximately 20 minutes). When I got there, the restaurant was sparsely populated with customers; there were more workers than customers. Nevertheless, my order wouldn’t be ready for another ten minutes. The guy who made my order was scrolling on his phone with the same gloves he made my food, but what the heck, things happen, right? I received no customer service basics; a greeting, thank you, an apology, have a good night, nothing. The restaurant had no napkins or plastic ware in the lobby. I just chalked it up as a loss; I didn’t want to ask them for anything. When I finally received my order guess what? The food was bone cold! Seriously. I figured it was my fault, somehow, someway. Took a couple bites, and fed the rest to nature.
Fool me once shame on you, fool me twice shame on me. Never again.

Is lying she walked up to side of cash and tried swinging on the manager and an employee jump in tryna stop it and she hit her. The same lady that yall see in the picture here was saying how much she would not recommend but came back as yall see in the third picture today and harassed the same manager and Also Ordered Food And Paid. She Couldnt Of had that bad of an experience or walking out shaking like it was stated if she returned to do same Thing.

Chipotle food is always the same no matter the location. But what CAN change is service & atmosphere. This has got to be the WORST MANAGED Chipotle I’ve ever been to. As an employee behind the counter you NEVER argue with a customer to the point where the whole restaurant is watching, especially with a woman with child. “THERE’S NO CHICKEN FOR ABOUT FIVE MINUTTES” could be an acceptable statement sometimes. But when the reason for that is “because we don’t have a dishwasher.” THAT’S NOT ACCEPTABLE!! Turned out to be more like 20 minutes. Where was Mgt during all this? Your guess is as good as mines. Thought I was in a Tiktok video. You won’t see my face OR money in there again.

I placed a pick-up for a burrito bowl at 9:30 for my order to be ready at 9:50. I arrive at 9:52, I stand for a few minutes waiting to be helped and workers are side-eyeing me and another customer without greeting us. I left at 9:58 because my bus arrived at 10:00. I contacted customer support and got a refund due to the lack of service. I am Gen-Z, and didn’t believe this was a thing, but this store is full of Gen-Z stares… with no training on customer service.

I watched as the man working the pickup area yesterday be super rude to all the customers picking up orders. He just ignored customers as they were asking questions as if they were invisible. It was so rude, made me not even want my order.

This has happened to me multiple times. I just paid $32 for a burrito bowl to be delivered to my house via Uber Eats. I paid that amount because it was supposed to contain extra steak. Not only did the burrito bowl Not have extra steak… there was barely any steak in there and it was mostly rice. Pretty frustrating to spend that amount of money and get a bowl like that. Last time I will ever go to this chipotle.

This have to be thee WORST Chipotle in the city… went here tonight, waited until line for 30 mins and then they made an announcement NO FOOD ! How do Chipotle not have any food ?? The worst ever. I’m guessing this woman is the supervisor, says they had a cater order. So why accept an LAST MINUTE cater order if the store wouldn’t have any food HORRIBLE MANAGEMENT. HORRIBLE STORE

Went for dinner on 11/13/25. Food was good, but really bad customer service. Workers were more interested in chatting with each other than preparing food and checking me out. It is also very difficult to pick up food when ordered through the app. Will probably not return to this location.

Kashmem Jordan and the rest of the crew who were helping tonight were great. Excellent management, and the crew also performed admirably. It is possible that they were fatigued due to a busy day yet still made great strides being positive late into the night before close.
