Terrible! Whatever you do donot order offline from ANYONE they NEVER get the order right and uber eats and door dash gives you a hard time getting any compensation for the order even if they do not give you products you paid for. This was supposed to be an actual burrito with steak it’s a bowl with no rice and all chicken! This location is the worst!

Night crew from 6pm to close is extremely racist. I’m a light skinned Spanish man & this is the 3rd time I have been treated horrible. Ignored then once attended after 15 mins of waiting for them to stop gossiping just to wait another 25 mins for my order than any other black customer who is attended respectfully & quickly. This chipotle is consistently the worst location I’ve ever had to suffer. Every single delivery order is missing items, is incorrectly made, or is so poorly packaged that I may as well just dump it all into the trash and re make it myself. Were I living in a more civilized part of the country and somehow still had to suffer this particular store I’d never order ahead or have it delivered, simply because the children that work here require more supervision than my infant in a bathtub near a plugged-in toaster.

Went yesterday because I was craving it. Should have left the food on the line. The meat was old, and the guy working there who has to be new barely wanted to put any meat in my bowl so I asked for more which was a total waste because I couldn’t even eat it. Asked for veggies he barely grabbed any simply Because it wasn’t much on the bar and he didn’t feel like refilling it. Should have indicated to me that it wasn’t fresh. The line grew longer and longer because not only was I not being served a good portion but others weren’t either so everyone would ask “could you put a little more” then have the nerve to wanna charge extra. The bowls he was preparing were extremely light and he know it. Got home to actually eat my food found out it was tasteless i picked over it simply because im pregnant and had not eaten at all but was unable to enjoy it I literally threw it in the garbage. Please get some other employees in there. I will never visit this location again….. i was upset but I reached out to chipotle office and got my meal reimbursed so I will try again else where

This chick right here is the part of the reason why the world is so cold. I have used the bathroom multiple times at other locations without having to purchase anything. She proceeds to tell me I have to buy something (news alert I was going to). I told her I’m buying something but the line is long. She said I have to wait through that line. No empathy or compassion nothing just treated like a potty trained or a dog. This is not how you treat another human being. But that’s just me. My food is obviously ok but this lady is not it

Last night I bought a rice bowl from them and I very disappointed about their service and cleaning of their counter area where they serve all food, i Seen cockroaches in that area and that food and meat was all over on that area and meat was mixing with some veggies and beans. I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location and would not recommend it to anyone. I visited this location on January 5th, 2024, at around 9 PM and was informed that they only accepted online orders. However, when I received my bowl, I realized that half of the ingredients I had ordered were missing, and the food was too salty. I have been a fan of Chipotle for many years, but this experience was beyond disappointing. #ChipotleIsntLifeAnymore #MyThirteenthReason
