After my Ellis Preserve visit this Chipotle saved my day!! Have been here before but been a minute! I couldn’t go back to Ellis after my last trip!! I got a burrito with the Al Pastor chicken and it was delicious!! Service was good, food was hot and I walked out of there like a stuffed pig!!! The place wasn’t really set up yet but we also had the snow storm and I give the guys props for opening up for business! Best part was a guy sitting at one of the booths ripped one and the benches are wood!!! He was sporting Yankees gear but much respect to a guy that can have some fun!!! Good lunch with my BFF(daughter)and I would definitely go back for more…just hope they keep the Al Pastor around!!!!!

1 Star — The Worst Chipotle Experience Every. Single. Time.
I honestly don’t know how this Chipotle in Media is still running because every time I’ve been here, something goes wrong. Every. Single. Time.
My orders are constantly missing ingredients — and not small things, but entire proteins, toppings, or sides that I paid for. When the food finally does show up, it’s either soggy, cold.
And the wait times? Absolutely unbelievable. My food is never on time, not once. I’ll place an order ahead and still end up standing there watching employees move at a snail’s pace while online orders pile up. I’ve waited so long before that by the time I got the meal, it looked like it had been sitting in the back
This location is consistently the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Avoid this place unless you like wasting your money and your time.

Do not order online, ordered a burrito and they gave me one 1/3 of the size of an actual burrito. Judging by the other reviews they obviously love to scam similarly.

The garbage was overflowing, tables and floor were covered in food debris, bugs flying around the soda dispenser. Does anyone think this is okay and a sanitary place for anyone to eat safely and comfortably? No. If this is the visible area customers have access to, can you imagine what the actual kitchen is like? Disgraceful. Employees and managers do not care, therefore I advise you go somewhere else and spend your money.

If I could give 10 stars, I would give 10 stars I was greeted by every single employee. I came across one of them even complimented. My beard made me all warm and fuzzy inside. Food came out really fast. Everything was as desired. This was the best chipotle experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be back.

My son ordered a steak bowl with steak, white rice and lettuce. He doesn’t like a lot of toppings. What did they do? They gave him a bowl of pork, brown rice, and salsa since there was no steak, white rice, or lettuce!!! Can this be real? Is this a joke? They just give you what they have?? How about sorry, we could not make your meal since we are out of the staple ingredients, which is bad enough, but to just replace it with what they do have??? I have never seen this. The place closed so we could not take it immediately back. He had to go to back out to another place to get dinner. Check out the photo from the Media, PA Chipotle. We call called customer service and they gave us a credit for another bowl, how about a refund???? Terrible.

They were low on popular portions and instead of sourcing more or waiting for more to be ready, they just gave us these sad incomplete bowls but charged full price. $14 a bowl for half a meal is crazy

I love Chipotle, but avoid the Granite Run location at all costs. They were great back when they first opened here, but lately they’re just bad, and tonight was the worst I’ve ever seen it. They’re friendly, they just never have enough people working, and are always running out of food. (I think management is just a train wreck here.) I’m currently sitting in the restaurant with 10 people waiting for mobile orders and at least 20 people in line, and there’s one person making food. This is the norm lately. Hopefully I’ll actually get what I ordered, that’s always a risky proposition here too. Hopefully Aston is better once they open.

Nick is a fantastic employee. 1. He made the best chipotle bowl I’ve ever had. 2. He was very welcoming, great customer service and attitude. This company needs more employees like Nick.

I placed a mobile order of tacos with carne asada, cheese, and tomato salsa. Instead I received beans and rice. What a waste of money
