Today, my drive thru order was supposed to be ready at 2:10 pm. I got there @ 2:19 and the order had not been started yet. I watched as she rushed through the order and hardly filled the bowls. When she handed my order to me, I said to her, I just watched you rush and not fill the bowls. Her reply- if you don’t like it, call and complain. So I went home, and sure enough, the bowls were not filled. Mine also had almost no chicken in it. I called the store- it rings to a full voicemail. I submit a complaint online and it just goes to a chat who says it will “notify the team to do better.” For $26- I feel robbed. Here is a pic of the bowl immediately after taking the lid off. I love their food, but it is too expensive for this. Well played Chipotle, well played

Yall need better staff. Get that lady away from the drive thru window if she doesn’t like her job. Customer service is terrible for the few seconds I has to encounter her. So much so that I’m sitting in my car on the side of the road with my hot meal writing this. Life is too expensive to spend money and have to deal with miserable people for no reason. Do better.

I went to this place (accidently) as it was close to my location
Ordered chicken burrito bowl (extra protein)
I knew its $4.20 extra for protein but u can get other items like rice beans and cheese a little extra according to your requirement WITH NO EXTRA COST
When they bought my food to the counter
$15 burrito was charged $24
As they charged me for extra rice cheese and beans .
I explained to them that you can’t charge extra for rice and beans
They said yes we can
If you issue do whatever u want
Idk if thats the person

I’ve ordered deliveries from this location several times and they MOSTLY get the orders WRONG EVERY TIME! It’s unbelievable how wrong they get the order so often!
Notice a salad, order with extra lettuce, light sour cream and light cheese, with extra fajitas looks…. And good luck trying to call the location – they will not answer. They’re too busy messing up your order.
They CANNOT get your order correct. I won’t give them any more chances and will not order from them any more.
I strongly recommend you order elsewhere too.

I wish I read the reviews before ordering from this location. I placed an online order and went inside to pick it up and the employee I spoke with was unfriendly and rude. When I got home and opened my bowl, it was literally half empty. I’ve order from Chipotle plenty of times and I’ve never had such a crazy portion like this, it’s just ridiculous. Needless to say I won’t be going back there.

The energy behind the counter is negative — rushed, dismissive, and filled with attitude. You can feel it the moment you start ordering.
The young staff have no sense of professionalism or basic courtesy. No smiles, no greetings, no “thank you.” They throw the food together carelessly and act annoyed if you ask for anything extra or try to clarify your order. It’s honestly uncomfortable and disappointing, especially when you’re spending your hard-earned money.
Management seriously needs to step in and retrain the entire team. A customer shouldn’t feel like an inconvenience. This location could be great if someone held the staff accountable and set higher standards for service. Until then, I’ll be taking my business to another Chipotle — one that actually values its customers.

While the food here tastes good no matter what like other Chipotles it sadly doesn’t have the best employ experience. While the employees are very nice my order is usually wrong 6 times out of 10 even when I go in person to order. Your best chance to get exactly what you ordered is to go in person and make sure the order is right.

Absolutely horrible experience the last couple of times coming here. Poor customer service, they never have anything for the bowls and have really bad attitude. I had to order from the app today and unfortunately it does not allow you to choose which chipotle to order from. Of course my luck has to be this location, my food arrived with strands of hair in it! Absolutely disgusting… if you look at the picture there are strands of long hair one part is dark and one part is blonde…. I had to throw this away. Awful experience.

Upset with my experience at this chipotle, don’t waste you me time and just go to the springfield one!! I wanted to give this place a chance despite the other reviews, First when I walked in the staff all gave me an annoyed look As if they upset that a customer walked into a store!! Especially the one employee i believe her name is Sianni (that was the name on my receipt) she rolled her eyes and rushed my when i was trying to pay for my bowls she even said “can you hurry up” as she stood there with her arms crossed and looking agitating. I didn’t come off any type of way so I was already confused why was I getting treated like this?? I felt like me being there upset them and uncomfortable because it was embarrassing enough to be told to “hurry up” especially by an employee when all I am tryna do is get a bowl. SAVE YOURSELF THE EMBARRASSMENT AND THE SITUATION TAKE THAT DRIVE TO ANOTHER CHIPOTLE!!
