STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOCATION. This location is extremely filthy and disgusting! Trash all over the floor, trash on top of tables, the food line is atrocious. I wanted to literally vomit. I took pictures and immediately walked out. How can someone eat from a place like this?

When this chipotle first opened, up until around 2017-2018 this was a good location. After 2018, it went downhill, they started hiring rude employees who eat up the food, make fun of customers, and don’t wanna work. And the reason why they keep running out of food, is because the employees are eating up the food. So, if their running out of cheese, meat, etc.. it’s the employees eating most of it. This location doesn’t have heavy traffic like other locations. And this is the only location that is always running out of food consistently, no other chipotles are doing that on a consistent basis, like this location.

As I stepped through the door of this Chipotle, there stood a young artisan behind the counter, crowned with a halo of curly hair. Our eyes met, and I sensed immediately that this was no ordinary burrito maker, this young man was a maestro in the making, possibly a prodigy.
With a flourish of tortillas, he began his masterpiece: a double-wrapped marvel brimming with double portions of brown rice and black beans, sofritas that whispered of spice, roasted corn, juicy pico de gallo, crisp lettuce, sizzling fajitas, and the burning hot salsa. Each ingredient was laid with the care of an artist painting a canvas.
He did not skimp. Indeed, he heeded the call of “double everything” with a generosity that would make any burrito lover’s heart sing. The final creation was a behemoth, a two-pound testament to his grit and determination, rolled tightly and expertly.
In that moment, it was clear to me what I had just witnessed, this was not just a meal; it was a legend in the making, a story I had to share. Whoever this young man is, he’s a burrito virtuoso. Chipotle, you’ve got a gem on your hands.

Worst place ever- multiple times they are out of food today out of white rice. Lunch time and out of rice. Best place also for warm soda – rarely their drink machine works and good luck getting ice – I have even seen them even use a dirty bucket and dump ice from the back. You can see why chipotle gets bad reviews here. Today I was going to dine in but alas not today.

Avoid this location at all costs. This is without a doubt the absolute worst chipotle that I’ve been to in the country. It’s consistently filthy inside and I’ve never had a burrito here that didn’t need to be wrapped twice due to them being completely incapable of wrapping a burrito. They don’t spread out the ingredients whatsoever and every bite will be nothing but rice until you make it halfway through. At this point you have three to four bites of all of the ingredients before it’s nothing but rice for the rest of the way. Do not eat here, go to the burrito place across the street or anywhere else.

By far the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Every time I go to this one, it is out of basic ingredients. This time was no different. They didn’t even have ice. It was nice to see that the 4 people working there were enjoying their meals. Ours was gross, and my wife actually had to throw hers out. I got an alert on my app that there was a delay due to volume or something, but there were only 2 other non-employees there. The only time I go to this chipotle location is when I am pretty desperate. Today was one of those days.

Just left and the store desperately needs a deep cleaning. I love Chipotle but hate bad customer service. I gave 2 stars for customer service only because the young lady Serena was doing her best to hold it down while the rest of the crew, mainly young white boys were not doing enough to justify leaving her to tend to the ever growing line. It wasn’t until about 10mins after waiting in line did the young man who was doing door dash orders stop th help her man the line. Y’all have got to do better. This is upper Dublin, not the hood . Absolutely filthy -6:45 today. Tables and floors filthy, soda machine with only 4 spouts working-no ice, lemonade dispenser empty, chips cutlery napkins laying all over floor. Food was lukewarm and beans dried out. No honey chicken or steak left. Will never go back and letting corporate know.

Every time we try this place we hope it gets better but it’s always a gross letdown. Food is decent but it goes off the rails with consistently stale chips, and more importantly no one ever seems to check out the rest of the place. Tables are covered with trash and chunks of food, and the drink/utensil area is a disaster EVERY TIME. Tonight 2 out of four of the drinks (lemonade/fruit drink) were full on empty, no ice at all in the other machine, and I didn’t feel great about grabbing a fork from that train wreck of a dispenser. The manager of this place needs to step up his/her game or maybe think about pursuing another career. Close to $40 for a couple bowls and drinks for me and my son and this was a massive let down.

I just went for the first time to this CHIPTOLE. I usually go to the Warminster one. I ordered a pick up order. I went to stand where you stand to pick up an online order. The girl at the register tried her hardest to not make eye contact with me to help. She finally did and told me the order wasn’t ready yet. That’s totally fine. Then as the kid putting the online orders together put my stuff in a bag and was about to put it on the shelf, I said “is that Emily W?” Which was completely ignored. He ignored me and put it on the shelf as I was standing right next to it.
I will not be returning. Good customer service is goes a long way which me since I use to be a server. I always went out of my way to be polite and helpful. It’s really not that hard to do. You’re a work, stop acting like I’m bothering you and wasting your time!
