This place is a disaster. We waited more than 5 minutes before anyone came to start taking our orders (there were at least 5 workers). They couldn’t figure out how to use the person ahead of our group’s rewards, so that added time. The tables were dirty and the drink and condiment station was a hot mess with overflowing garbage and empty napkin holders and completely disorganized. I will not return and I would not recommend to anyone.

This is the worst chipotle ever, I would rather travel to the location in Trevose. They barley gave me beans and rice as you can tell in the picture and on top of that I am missing a side. Employees are not nice they are miserable. Don’t waste your time here not worth it.

By far the worst Chipotle location ever! The employees don’t pay attention and don’t care for customer service. I had 2 orders and both were wrong, completely wrong. We received the wrong items even though our names were correct on the bags but the names on the actual food were wrong. I don’t even know how that’s possible? Name on the bags should match with the names on the food, it’s not difficult. And they want more pay when they can’t even do their job correctly. Sorry Chris and Tara, we ate your food.

Ordered a few items on the mobile app including a quesadilla and a kids quesadilla meal. After retiring home I realized the store gave me 2 kids quesadilla. Went back to address with the staff, they argued, then made a replacement. Got home to find it was under grilled and soaking wet.

The hiring manager is just as SPED as the employee they hire! The kids at the register play around like it’s a playground. There was zero rice to be served at all when I went to pick up my mobile order. I didn’t get half the toppings I ordered. Forgot to mention the several sides they missed. This place was fine just a couple months ago!

I recently had a terrible experience at this Chipotle. The server was incredibly rude and seemed uninterested in serving me. To make matters worse, they ran out of chicken and fajita veggies, which are essential ingredients for a satisfying meal. I felt like I was inconveniencing them by being there. It’s disheartening when a restaurant fails to provide basic customer service and lacks the necessary ingredients. I hope Chipotle takes this feedback seriously and improves their service to ensure a better dining experience for others.

These employees are so lazy. I waited 5mins before someone walked up to me and they all saw me. Some people were just hanging chatting. This is a poorly managed store. The machine have no ice like what the hell is going on in here? Workers are in bike shorts like I’m so scared to eat my meal. It’s not sanitary. Disgusted.

Honestly, I can’t remember the last time this Chipotle got my complete order correct. I’ve tried complaining to store management only to be blown off. I’ve filled out multiple surveys only to continue to still see how consistent they are in there inconsistencies. They frequently, and without warning, will close the dining room and go app only (which is the one thing they can’t seem to ever get right). End of the day though I keep coming back because they are conveniently located and every now and again I’ll get a unicorn meal. Avoid this one if you can..it ain’t worth it.

This place is horrible. I will never be coming here again. I have always had a problem with this place. Once they feel like they don’t want to work they tell people that they don’t take in-store orders and you have to order online. The chips here are left on the shelf for hours at a time and you can literally fold them in half from how stale they are. Their guacamole, taste like water, and I waited in line for 20 minutes all to find out that there was no chicken and they were not letting people know beforehand a waste of my time. Please go somewhere else do not come here.

Food tastes worse then McDonald’s, I was there last week one of mangers had there child there all day and her daughter told the workers to leave her alone . I don’t think anyone should have there children at work. Ally is one of best mangers there, rest of mangers should have more training. Never again will I eat at this business.
