I love this Chipotle. So I got the family meal deal they offer for $60. It’s supposed to feed 6 to 8 people. Only 3 of us were able to get everything. The toppings were literally like one scoop. Which is what they give you when you go in for a normal bowl. They put them in small containers. How are 6 people supposed to share a scoop of toppings. It would make sense if they put toppings in two small bowls each for 6 people. Someone couldn’t even get rice because it was not enough. It’s not worth the money. We would have gotten much more buying bowls individually. However, I thought doing it this way would be faster and better for my family. I don’t want to tell people not to buy, but be aware that it most likely will not be enough for 6 people like they advertise and you pay for.

We like coming to Chipotle when it of town because it seems like a known thing. We are visiting and picked this Chipotle because of location. I wanted a kids meal. They were out of the containers, so I got a salad. Went to the counter to fill my drink and grab a fork. All the utensil containers were full of spoons! I asked the workers for a fork. One said, “What is it there is what we have.” A more caring one said, “How can she eat her salad without a fork?” Let me tell you, eating out with a spoon was awful.

Absolutely horrendous quality of food. The guacamole I had on my burrito bowl was dark green/brown, tasted rotten. I ordered extra white rice in my bowl, I had maybe 40 grains of rice in my bowl. We brought our orders back and the manager looked at the rotten guacamole, actually took a bite of it and said “it’s just been sitting out for a bit”. Do not order from this location, go to the one near Neshaminy Mall. The attached photos are our orders out of the bag.

Chipotle is GREAT!! The location at street rd bensalem is HORRENDOUS!! The staff are either absolutely LAZY or totally OVERWHELMED. The line was OUT THE DOOR and when I finally got served, all the food was pretty much gone and it was only 7pm. What WAS left, was scraps. If you look behind the counter, the kitchen is absolutely GROSS. The trash in the trash can was 3 feet above being full. There were STACKS of UNWASHED, DIRTY TINS(the trays that the food sits in when served)as if the dishes weren’t washed all day. I went home, ate, and then sat in the bathroom all night. Will NEVER go back to that location. I recommend the same to anyone. Drive a few miles to Feasterville or goto langhorne location if you have a choice….

They ALWAYS get it wrong. Normally I’m lenient and understand a simple mistake, but this is the 3rd time I’ve gone here for a pickup order and they got my order wrong. You guys need to get it together. It’s not hard to read ingredients on a screen and then put those in the order. I don’t care if this sounds harsh or arrogant because this is so frustrating. Chipotle doesn’t care.

I ordered a burrito with steak, white rice, mild salsa, cheese, sour cream, and guacamole for delivery with a 3rd party app.
The burrito was 50% white rice and 30% old nasty brown guacamole, leaving almost no space for the other ingredients. Once I dug out the gross guac and removed it, nearly half the burrito was empty. The other ingredients, thankfully, are fine, but what is up with these proportions?? First time I’ve ever had this problem at any Chipotle EVER (and I love Chopotle!). Never ordering from this location again.

By far the worst Chipotle location ever! The employees don’t pay attention and don’t care for customer service. I had 2 orders and both were wrong, completely wrong. We received the wrong items even though our names were correct on the bags but the names on the actual food were wrong. I don’t even know how that’s possible? Name on the bags should match with the names on the food, it’s not difficult. And they want more pay when they can’t even do their job correctly. Sorry Chris and Tara, we ate your food.

I walked in for a bowl and there was no rice . No chicken . Nobody told me or the other people that were waiting how long a wait for either . After about 15 minutes of waiting somebody asked how long for the rice and a ignorant unsure response was given “ IDK maybe 30-35 minutes” . Terrible customer service . Little kids working behind the counter are very ignorant and non professional. Glad everyone waiting also left

Terrible location. The meat is constantly burnt — dry, bitter, and completely unenjoyable. No satisfaction from the food at all. Management really needs to pay attention and replace the staff. I am not the first person to complain about this issue based on other reviews.

Im amazed this place still open. I love Chipotle this the only one that is consistently terrible. Lmao they always putting a sign up and closing randomly. Always out of stuff. Workers always look like they gonna jump off a bridge soon. Just travel the 10 mins to any other Chipotle and save yourself the trouble.
