I came here about a week ago since I was in the area and wanted some chipotle and I had a pretty pleasant experience. I had ordered through the app and my order was ready by the time I had gotten there, the food was fresh and tasted great too. The service was really good too. Would definitely come back again in the future.

The worst Chipotle experience I have ever had. The late night crew habitually forgets items from my order, which I always need to double-check before I leave the store. Last night, though, as you can see in my photo, there were around 50 patrons in the store, around 40 waiting in line on the left and 10 couriers waiting to pick up food. There were exactly three team members working the entire location and I watched as two of the three abandoned their posts and walked away, essentially leaving no one at the register, at the grill, or actively trying to serve customers. I noticed a woman patiently waiting with her children for her food and when she finally received her order, I asked her how long she had been waiting and she said, “50 minutes.” 50 min wait for a to-go order. I was actually forced to abandon my meal due to my own time constraints. It was shocking. I will follow up with Chase to protest the charge on my credit card but such an appalling and terrible experience, especially during the holidays. Do yourself a favor and go to any of the other Chipotle locations in the area and steer clear of the embarrassment that is the Ardmore location.

**Review of Chipotle – Ardmore, PA**

I can’t believe I have to write this, but my experience at the Chipotle in Ardmore, PA was downright atrocious. From the moment I walked in, I was met with the most discourteous staff I’ve ever encountered. A manager named Chris rushed through my order like I was an inconvenience rather than a paying customer, and his attitude was shocking. It was clear he thought he was above providing basic customer service as a fajita flipper, not funny.

Then there was Miss Andrews, another manager who did nothing but add to the chaos with her added unprofessional conduct . The employee at checkout? Don’t even get me started. When I asked for a receipt, she had the audacity to tell me, “We don’t typically give receipts.” Seriously? That level of incompetence is alarming for any business. It’s beyond unprofessional—it’s downright disgraceful.

After this experience , I lost my appetite and tossed my sandwich right in the trashcan. I could not stomach the idea of eating something from a place where the staff clearly lacked any sense of decency or intelligence. It was painfully obvious that they should not be working in a customer service role.

Sure, I contacted corporate, and they did offer me some compensation, including four free entrees and a full refund for my ridiculous $19 overcharge. While Im happy to have my money back and four large meals as courtesy gift cards, it doesn’t erase the disgusting experience I endured. I’m still waiting for an apology—because, honestly, I deserve one after experiencing all these poor services.

To anyone thinking about visiting this location, save yourself the headache and find another place to eat. I won’t be returning after this disaster. Chipotle Ardmore, you need to get your act together, because this level of service is wholly unacceptable. Good riddance—I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere!

Got some really sad tacos today. Asked for hard shell they gave me soft..they forgot my fajita veggies and barely put any meat in the tacos. Terrible! Chipotle doesn’t care!
I only got this food bc my job ordered it. I would not pay out of my own pocket. It’s always a let down. I said Chipotle doesn’t care bc when I had bugs in my food I left a review & they asked me to contact them and never wrote me back. Terrible business.

Update. I responded to Chipotle and reached out to them like they asked so they can help. It is a waste of time and effort. They responded by email saying that they will tell their team to stock ingredients. Should not be up to the customer to inform them that their restaurant doesn’t serve salad. They’ve successfully lost a customer.

I arrived at 11: 55 to get lunch. They open at 10:45 and they did not have the salad ready. Does not take much work to open up a bag of greens. She told me to come back later. Needless to say, I’ll just go to Trader Joe’s and grab a salad. It is not difficult to have greens on hand.

This is BY FAR the worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Rude service, dirty tables and terrible food. They were missing simple ingredients like white rice, black beans, lettuce, etc. The worker would come off snappy and impatient with me and my girlfriend. They play some rap music in the back on a speaker and kills the entire environment. I go to chipotle multiple times a week and have never had trouble finishing my burrito. The food is cold and awful. I truly don’t have a single good thing to say about this location. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Terrible! They had no chicken and no steak, only very tough carnitas. Staff was not pleasant, didn’t seem to care that they didn’t have food. The place is disgusting, tables were dirty. Totally filthy and the floors were wet. If they can’t wipe off tables imagine how dirty the area is where they cook the food? I will never go to a chipotle again. For the price one may as well go to a nicer full service restaurant. Horrible. Makes me sick thinking about it.

10/10 — the staff are super helpful and the food is always hot and delicious! One thing I’ve learned from coming here is that they have portion sizes for the meats, which honestly isn’t bad. I did overhear a few people getting upset about how “small” the scoop was, but as a former employee, I know there are certain rules that have to be followed — customers only get a full scoop, no more, no less. I’ve also seen some people be rude to the staff, and that’s not fair. If you want respect, you’ve got to give it too! Overall, great experience — I really appreciated how patient and kind the staff were.

Bowl portion sizes are ridiculously small. Came here a month ago and the supervisor even tried to charge me double meat when his coworker made my bowl a normal portion. Once I told him it’s not double meat and I didn’t ask for that, he instructed his coworker to watch his portion sizes when making them. Came back tonight and my bowl was half full and I’m still hungry after eating. Seems like they have a goal to portion as little as possible while overpricing their food to begin with.
