By far the worst Chipotle wrap and service I’ve ever received.
Am usually not a person to write bad reviews but from start to finish, the woman behind the counter just through things together that to start wasn’t what I asked for, then ripped the burrito. I understand everyone makes mistakes but when you rip the first one, then wrap it again and rip that like you fumbled a foot ball with ingredients I didn’t order, charge more, and don’t give napkins, you’re getting a bad review.
I will actively tell people if they have to get Chipotle to specifically stay away from this location.
Absolutely do not recommend.

This is the filthiest Chipotle I have ever been to. Chipotle is my favorite takeout food but this was my first time at this location. Trash receptacles were full and trash was piled up on top. One of the trash receptacles did not even have a bin so the trash was just piled on top of the cabinet the bin would sit in. I was there in the morning so, obviously, the trash had not been gathered up since sometime the day before. There is no excuse. The evening crew closing the store definitely did not clean up the place. And, the morning crew opening the store just left the trash and dirt where it was. Sadly, I can’t believe this is unusual for this location because NO ONE did anything about it.
There were at least 5 people staffing the store and not a single one of them cared about cleanliness or was willing to do something about it. If this was end of day, I might say “they were super busy and didn’t have time to clean up” but, this was first thing in the morning making it a two day problem. Definitely a chronic issue.
Since I placed a pickup order, I didn’t interact with the ordering and prep staff and I did not look over the food prep area. My food seemed fine but it was strange to eat in such a neglected dining area. Since the trash had not been removed for two days, I could not expect that the tables had been cleaned for at least that long.
This is definitely not the standard I am used to at Chipotle’s. Evaluating the seriousness of the situation, I must assume that this is business as usual for this location. I will not be going back here.

Our server was polite and professional but the serving area wasn’t clean, the foods like the chicken was bottom of the pan, he was scrapping the bottom for the pico degallo, the guacamole was brown, it just wasn’t up to the standards of Chipotle. The dining area wasn’t clean and it was only 2:45 -3:15 PM EST on Tue, Oct. 7, 2025.
The team members had a very load abrupt conversation & they could use the time to prep better. I’m not sure if I will revisit this location.

I uselessly don’t have a problem. But this time I was mad. I got it for dinner for my family and when we went home and started eating my wife and I both had hair in our food. None of the server’s had hair net’s on.

Please refer to photo. Paid $29 for this after delivery. A salad with 2X meat and extra shredded cheese. Feel free to enlarge to get the full effect. Unfortunately, I wish I could say this was the first time from this location, but it’s has been every single time. Please drive by and go to one further away that actually cares and has employees that can do their job appropriately. This wasn’t enough to feed a 3 year old.

Bought a chicken and steak bowl with rice, veggies, pico, cheese and sour cream. The only thing that was in the bowl was chicken , steak, rice cheese, one slither of pepper and slither of a piece of onion, no pico. Very disappointed will never go back to chipotle! Ordered on line so I didn’t see them make it.

I had a party of 20. Nobody greeted me when I picked up. I have to make 4 trips as the workers stared at thier phones. I was supposed to get 80 ounces of chicken. I weigh it at home it was 52oz.
I was supposed to get 40 oz of Beef I get 29oz with soooo much grease. I had enough rice and beans to fill up my bathtub. And the queso can in a small container. Barely enough for 5 people. I called to ask for more food and corporate said they can authorize 10% discount. That’s it. What a waste on thiers and my part. They sucked and ruined the day.

Services was not good at all, they were out of multiple ingredients and would not even bother to to ask how long it may take for it to come out. Along with that the interior floors were very dirty. As seen in the picture the outside store front was a mess full of garbage too. The only employee who was helpful was the cashier. My bowl was not up to my usual expectations.
