Complaint Regarding Overcharge for Guacamole
On my visit to the Chipotle in Quakertown, PA today (December 13, 2025),
I was incorrectly charged for guacamole when ordering a Veggie Bowl. Chipotle’s policy clearly states that guacamole is included at no extra charge with vegetarian entrees. I requested the guacamole on the side, and upon checkout, the cashier applied the full charge. When I questioned this, the staff member informed me that the store “always charges if it’s on side, doesn’t matter if its a veggie bowl,” which directly contradicts company policy. This reflects a clear error in charging policy and requires correction, including a refund for the extra charge.
Furthermore, when I asked to speak with a manager to resolve this policy violation and obtain a refund, the front lady refused, stating the manager was “too busy to speak with anyone.” This lack of accountability and refusal to address a customer complaint about an incorrect charge is unacceptable customer service.
I request immediate action to refund the incorrect guacamole charge and ensure the Quakertown staff is properly trained on the policy that guacamole is included free of charge with all Veggie Entrees, even when requested on the side.

First of all I have to say the atmosphere in Chipotle is one of the worst I’ve ever been to. The echo the sound the noise is just so unbearable. Although visually it is not bad. Next the day I went in to help didn’t know what they were doing the person making my bowl didn’t know what anything was how fresh it was what was in it. The person at the register didn’t even know how to find out what was on my gift card and told me they couldn’t do it until this wonderful young girl came over and said oh let’s try this and she actually tried to figure it out so the training of the employees is severely lacking. Next the food was pretty good little extra spicy especially after asking if it was spicy or not and they said it wasn’t, it was pretty Tangy. My wife who is allergic to that Tangy stuff had a mild reaction. Of course you would know that Mexican food can be spicy but when told it’s not, it was a bit of a surprise. I will say again the noise inside is horrible.

Steak was burnt and chewy. Really disappointed. Asked for a refund. I didn’t receive one.
If this is your last option, go for it.

I read the reviews before going in, and so we entered with caution. The location seemed clean, and the kitchen area looked clean and organized from what we saw. The food was good, and mostly fresh except for the lettuce and the salsa. The tomatoes in the salsa looked a little sad, and so did some of the lettuce.
Overall, we enjoyed the flavor of the food and the quality.

On September 17th, the manager, or cashier, whose name appeared as “Anh” on my receipt, threw away these kids’ drinks into the drink well after accusing them of having Sprite instead of seltzer water. She was the same person who rang me up. Her behavior came across as hostile and unnecessarily aggressive toward children, which felt very inappropriate for an adult in her position. She made a scene that was clearly uncomfortable for both the kids and the rest of the staff. I usually avoid this Chipotle since the service here is not as good as other locations, but I stopped by today because I was craving it. While the food itself was great, the service and atmosphere were disappointing. Do better Quakertown.
Update I went back two days later and got a bowl only for the fajita veggies to be later in my bowl with the sticker for checkout still attached. See image

Place is disgustingly messy. Food all over the floors and tables. Messy/dirty counter where food is served. Lady picking her nose at the register. Absolutely disgusting in there. The soda machine was spilling out onto the floor with a huge puddle. This place needs an inspection for sanitation.

Tacos are so skimpy and cold and tortilla not warm enough is not worth the money and couldn’t even taste the meat of how there’s hardly no meat in each taco. I should had went to Taco Bell instead. Service was bad the girl didn’t had desire to work and with a little attitude. I got pico de gallo for a sauce for the chips. That’s ridiculous. I don’t own a restaurant and I make better tacos than chipotle. Workers taking instead of going and clean tables that were very dirty. I do not recommend this location or service.

I was already having a bad day and then this worker boy with tattoos on his hands just grabs the Chipotle bag and throws it on the counter towards me to grab. He didn’t say thank you or have a good day just nothing. Before that he was just yelling at me from a far asking if I want chips or a drink when I was already near another worker and wasn’t aware he was talking to me. Horrible customer service. If ima spend that much money on food their employees should have better customers service.

Ordered Chipotle on doordash. Recieved 2 bowls only half full each. We get different portion sizes everytime we order. Redicolus for the money you pay. Will not be going back to another Chipotle
