Got 2 identical bowls other than the protein. The steak was dry and we found what we think is a bone in the chicken which was very sharp. Also there wasnt much rice, asked for double protein and it certainly leas than double. The lady making the bowls seemed irritated and when she was done just tossed them on the counter and walked away. Location was pretty clean but everything else left a lot to be desired. Definitely dont plan on going back anytime soon. $35, id expect a better experience

Arrived around 2:50 PM with a small line of people ahead of me. One worker is desperately working full-time trying to fill online orders while another worker tends to the people in the store. Unfortunately, the worker decided it was more important to have deep meaningful conversations with the people that she was supposed to be serving then to actually serve us. Five minutes of waiting nothing happened walked i’m headed to Moe’s right across the street.

The service is terrible here. I pulled up to the drive through window to pick up a PICK UP DOORDASH ORDER that I placed for myself and the order was right in front of her but she refused to hand it to me stating that door dashers must come inside. I tried to explain that I’m not a door dasher and it’s a pick up order that I placed but she made me come inside. And then I stood there for a long time before she gave me my order and then when I got to my car it was cold and have me a stomach ache. I will not be back to this location. I’d rather go to moosic instead.

Staff is very rude. The person who made my bowl was super rude. When asked for extra rice, she started making faces. Would not recommend this place. The one in Dickson city is far better than this location.

Genuinely disgusted with our experience tonight. Usually it’s pretty bad and we need to return to the store to have things remade, but then it’s fine! Tonight tho, it seems they remade my messed up order with pure spite, as the entire thing was covered in grill char. This is only one side, but it was on both sides, and folded into the food, too!

Horrible. Just Horrible. Got pick up and as usual it was half of what it should be. Almost no lettuce and ordered double meat but there was only the standard amount. Other bowl had no peppers and onions and specifically asked for it. Talk about being cheap. Chipotle has gotten really BAD.

This place is always hit or miss. Sometimes they load the bowls up were we can get two meals out of it but other times there is so little that we are still hungry afterwards(this seems to happen more when you order on the app). Then their taste inconsistencies where seasoning is on point and other times where it has no taste.

Was extremely excited this evening but not impressed at all. Ordered pickup, wife picked it up, it was incorrect. I went back inside and it seemed as though everyone was extremely flustered and the place was way too dirty to be open a week. I ordered “light” on some of the condiments but this was my bowl below (ordered a burrito).

Chipotle is a nice place to visit. I’ve always ordered through DoorDash, but the other day was my first time actually stepping inside. Thank God I had my friend with me because… what?? Lol.
Ordering food is basically easy, just figure out what you want, simple enough. But then it’s like, are you eating in or taking out? If you’re eating in, apparently you can grab a drink by the register, which my brain did not even see at all. My friend had to tell me they usually sit up front, and I’m like… what do you mean sit?? I didn’t even know that was a sitting area, nor did I know that’s where they keep the to-go fountain drinks, forks, and all that other stuff.
Zero flow. No signs, no hints, just vibes.
Good food though. 8/10 once you figure out the scavenger hunt.
