This is the worst Chipotle!! My husband stopped in and brought lunch home, and they forgot my chicken. You can’t call the store. Headquarters is useless. They ended up giving us a BOGO good for a week. My husband went to try and use it, and they refused to take his order. Stated only accepting mobile orders, but the app wasn’t working. I have found the store to be dirty. Garbage overflowing, tables needing wiped, bathrooms needed attention. Food tastes good if you can get it.

What a disappointing visit . Chipotle used to be good , not sure what happened. There were empty trays with no attempt to refill them, extremely limited toppings, and what food they had looked dry and unappetizing, with staff that looked and acted completely unmotivated. While I waited, there was only one person doing the orders and payment while the other staff floated in the back with no attempt to assist as the line grew. This has definitely gone downhill and not what it used to be. Better options are available everywhere. This chain needs a complete overhaul or it will end up closing. As I eventually moved up the line I noticed there wasn’t much of anything in the trays and it was only 2pm in the afternoon I turned around and left. I was not planning to waste a penny in a place that obviously doesn’t care anymore about their customers or reputation. This restaurant/ chain truly needs to rethink and redo things and as far as their new commercial running, I did not see or hear sizzling meat cooking as advertised . No one attempting to even refill the trays or cook anything at all. Don’t waste your time or money here.

Ordered a chicken bowl. Got a bowl with just lettuce, cauliflower rice, beans, and guac… luckily the chipotle refund service is pretty reliable, but safe to say i’m never visiting this chipotle again.

HORRIBLE location. Walked in at 6pm and stood in the line until 6:25 with just 4 people ahead of me. The service was extremely slow and when you got to the counter to order, they don’t have veggies, no sour cream, barely any corn. Still paid full price for my “veggie” bowl. Not coming back to this location.

Recently went to this chipotle again and I ended up leaving to go to the Lehigh Valley Mall location. Every time I’ve walked into this chipotle location, the workers are off task, there is garbage overflowing from literally every garbage can, dirty tables, and food is out of stock / low in every container. Save yourself time and money by going to another chipotle location! This one needs to be closed.

Came in at 8:20, 5 people were standing around chatting, multiple items were out in the bowls. When I asked if they were going to make more vegetables (my fiancé is vegetarian) I got a very short “no”. It was an hour and 40 minutes before closing. Me and my fiancé walked out, I don’t expect much, but it was pretty sad the service and staff there.
