So every time i order from here i get robed of my chicken theres no meat here at all , im paying for a chicken bowl not a salad and rice bowl !!!! This is the last time i get food from this place !!!!!! I had to make my own chiken to put on this who ever made my bowl i hope you get a flat tire getting home !!!!!!!

This is an excellent chipotle – my order was EXACTLY as I ordered it online. They actually gave me extra of the things I requested extra of, as well as a hearty portion of beef barbacoa, which was properly cooked (my chipotle pet peeve is when they don’t fully cook the barbacoa). I drove up to the pick up window and got my food right away. A+

If your stores aren’t going to honor the “pick-up window” please don’t offer it on the app. It’s 5 degrees out, 2 workers walked by while making eye contact with me multiple times while i’m standing in the freezing cold (I rang the bell and all). One worker was blatantly eating a burrito right in front of me. after 10 minutes I had to go inside to grab my order. Which is obviously fine, but it would’ve taken them 3 seconds to say “so sorry we are busy please wait inside.” I should also mention my order was ready the entire time, I saw it there waiting (and the app told me so, I wasnt there before my scheduled pickup time) and when I went inside he grabbed it right away, lol so all in all he could’ve saved himself and I some extra steps. It’s just so disrespectful. I understand when a store gets busy but then the staff should understand how to operate during these times and have some common courtesy and communication. Not to mention this specific location is known for the rude staff and constant messing up /skimping on orders. They treat customers like we are inconveniencing them all the time..for doing..their job. Getting tired of these places and their workers not being held accountable for the SIMPLEST of things.

The portion sizes, especially for meat, are extremely underwhelming. It feels more like a soup kitchen than a legitimate restaurant. When you ask for a little more, you’re given just one or two extra pieces — barely making a difference. This seems to be a directive from management, but it only serves to frustrate customers.
Popular menu items like guacamole or fajitas are frequently out of stock, especially during peak hours. When they are available, the portions are shockingly small for the price. Additionally, the rice often sits out too long and can become dry or hard.
Ordering delivery is even worse — you typically receive noticeably smaller portions compared to what you’d get after waiting in line for half an hour in person.
Cross-contamination is also an issue. Food bins are placed too closely together, leading to ingredients mixing. On top of that, the cleaning solution used on the line has, on occasion, ended up in the food — leaving a chemical taste that’s not only unpleasant but potentially unsafe.
Overall, I’m not a fan of this restaurant format. The experience is inconsistent, the portions unreliable, and the quality control leaves much to be desired.

Th chicken pieces are huge and need to be cut up. Also, you have to ask for extra everything because they only give you a little of everything! Even got a piece of the avocado seed in my bowl

Well, I used to love this place a while ago, but over the past several years, when I order online, I have spent a ton of money on each order. The orders are always messed up, and the service is terrible b/c it seems like the people don’t care, and they don’t even thoroughly look at people’s orders before making them. I have stopped going to this place and going elsewhere for tacos and such! Don’t waste your time and $ at this location! The other issue is that when you have a problem, you can’t even talk to someone over the phone now.

Visited this Chipotle around 5pm on a slow day—restaurant nearly empty, no line, no rush. Yet the employee assembled my bowl frantically and sloppily, with zero care.
Portions were stingy: barely any pico, a pinch of cheese, and a few shreds of lettuce—even after I asked for more. Communication was nonexistent; no words, no eye contact.
For the price, this level of indifference is ridiculous. Left with a sad, half-filled bowl. Can’t justify coming back to this location.

Food was okay. Not what I remember. I avoided chipotle for years due to their cleanliness issues. Decided to take a chance today and ordered through the app. Went inside to use the restroom and there is no toilet paper and no SOAP! I let them know but I don’t think anyone rushed to fix the issue. Chipotle, do better. all the negative press and illness years ago and you still let your restrooms run out of soap? If my son wasn’t so hungry after his game and I hadn’t ordered the in app I would’ve walked out. I won’t be going back.

We’ve been going to this Chipotle since it switched over from being an Arby’s. As things were re-opening during the pandemic, we had some inconsistent experiences with service, food quality, etc but over the last few months, we have had great food and great experiences ordering ahead and ordering at the counter. The food is well prepared, the staff is friendly, and the restaurant is clean.
