Horrible. If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a protein bowl with double chicken and light lettuce as usual. Instead I got a lettuce bowl with salty steak at the base.

The portion at this location is half of regular portion but the price is the same.
Whoever is in charge you need to listen to your customers. Brian is a manager here and he refused to fix the problem
Customer service was disgusting. They made me to demand make it regular. This location is bad. And management like this kill the name of your Restaurant.

The restaurant is filthy and that’s coming from a Chipotle lover. Tables are dirty, trash is overflowing, drink station is near empty and dirty – the bathroom is probably the cleanest part. While my husband and I were discussing not visiting this or any other nearby locations in the future, a gentleman entered and complained to the young lady at the register. She got an attitude and told him to chill. A man came from behind the register to fix the self-serve ice machine that was broken. He ended up spilling ice all over the floor and leaving it there (see picture). I honestly wasn’t going to write the review until the young lady at the counter continued loudly complaining about the restaurant being fine after the customer who complained left the business. She made remarks about how they couldn’t clean the tables because they didn’t want to spray chemicals near where people were eating. When we arrived, my family had to clean our own table and there was only 1 other table with guests. Every other table was vacant and most were filthy. The young lady at the register then had to go shove the trash down because the diners who were at the other table had to leave and couldn’t fit their trash – the customer who also voiced concerns about how dirty things were while the previous gentleman was complaining – actually apologized to the employee for not being able to properly utilize the trash can. A few moments later, another young lady emerged from behind the counter and discovered the ice machine was still broken and reported to the other employees that there’s no ice. Though many of the young workers seem nice, no one seems to be taking charge to ensure cleanliness and the employee who is being rude is not being challenged by anyone working about the lack of cleanliness which leaves me concerned. Also, less concerning but my chicken was burnt. Again, had it not been for the bad attitude, I wouldn’t have left the poor review but that truly made this a terrible experience and our family LOVES Chipotle.

Gentleman working the counter today @ 4pm was nice. Smiled and had great customer service. Now the manager. You need a new one. Everytime this particular manager works (older lady) the place is a mess. The gentlean stated he needed white rice at least three times and he had to get off the line and make it while she stood by the register looking at him. Everytime she works the place is dirty, there’s always a shortage on food and she has such a nasty attitude. saw her at least on two occasions be rude to people. Today her attitude was nothing short of any other time. Once it was my turn to get food he asked me kindly to wait because he had to get the rice ready. As he is getting the rice ready another team mate jumps in and help. Now yesterday I saw another manager who had the place spotless! She was temp checking everything, place was clean, and guess what there was food and it was fresh. She had short hair tattoos. I was so happy thinking she replace the other lady . Reviews have been going down here. Great staff horrible management.

Worst experience out of over 7 states. Im a traveling pipeliner. I travel from state to state for work and always look for a chipotle. A co worker of mine on this job had never eaten it and I talked chipotle up to the level it deserves literally anywhere else I’ve ever eaten it. Amazing food always. This place however. Terrible. Understanding it could have been a bad day. I tried it again. Not impressed. Tried it one more time today, worst yet. For one, they are literally always out of something. The first time they had no steak. The second time they had no vinaigrette. This time they had no brown rice, and the vinaigrette was definitely not vinaigrette. Even after asking if it was they said yes it is. It wasn’t. I will add a photo lol. I’m not sure if chipotle is a franchise or how it is operated but this place gives a bad name to the brand. The place is messy and the employees seem to hate their job. If I could leave enough reviews to get their average to less than 1 star I would. 2 stars is too high. They only have that because employees don’t know how to portion and give people massive portions. If you don’t know what Chipotle is capable of, a huge portion warrants a higher review. But I do. And this place sucks. Yes the vinaigrette should be spilling everywhere. No it not what it’s supposed to be lol

GO TO THE OTHER CHIPOTLE NEAR THE HIGH SCHOOL!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE! I have dietary restrictions that this location constantly ignores. I’ve given them chance after chance. The other Chipotle, however, which recently opened where the old Arby’s was near Easton high school is PHENOMENAL!!! They go above and beyond and follow directions precisely! To whoever owns this location that I am rating poorly: people aren’t always being picky or brats when they ask for specific things. As someone who has dealt with dietary issues my entire life, the care that the other location obviously puts in compared to this one goes a long way. I will never patronize this location again, and those I speak to agree as well.

Pro tip: Film them making your order with your phone. They’ll give you more over-seasoned yet somehow tasteless food and try to move faster. Don’t film their faces, just their hands and the food being made. They’re scared of ending up the next viral video on TikTok of Chipotle being a ripoff.

One star for atmosphere because Chipotle restaurants are just plain ugly. Mod Pizza has the same design aesthetic inside their restaurants and yet somehow it works. It looks good. It feels good. Not at Chipotle.

this is the WORST chipotle to order online from. I stopped ordering from this place personally because these workers would send an empty bowl if they could . never had an order that wasnt wrong or missing at least 2 things. doesnt matter the time of day of when you place the order these people will
mess up your order 99% of the time. I personally chose not to buy from this place because I work for my money and it deserves to be spent somewhere good. unfortunately someone ordered this for me tonight and um..ill just leave it there. would leave zero stars if I could!

I dont get fast food often and its been a few years since I’ve had Chipotle. Ive gone to probably 10 different locations over the last 10 years in both pa and nj and this is by far my worst Chipotle experience. There were probably 5 people eating when I walked in at the tables which were all very dirty. I was second in line behind someone who was past the wrap station and waiting. It took 20 minutes for me from the time I walked in until I walked out. All of the bins were 90% empty despite the place not looking busy and some were getting topped off while I was there. I hate ragging on employees but all of them seemed bad. The girl at the grill seemed uninterested and was eating chicken as she cooked over the grill. The guy that served me seemed like he may have had some kind of mental handicap and was extremely slow and looked like he hadn’t showered in at least a couple of days. I actually almost walked out when I saw how greasy he looked. My next big issue was portion size. Im a big guy and use to find eating a whole burrito challenging. This was about the size of a red bull can when it was wrapped. Maybe 2 ounces of barbacoa at best and at check out the girl from the back said quietly to my server “watch your portion size”. I almost said, why because its half what you normally get?
I decided to bring my food back home since I wasn’t even asked if I wanted it there before it was bagged and I would rather not have considered the atmosphere but filled my drink before leaving. The drink/condiment station was dirty and the lemonade and tea jugs were empty which was what I would have liked, the hot sauce bottles were also empty and crusty looking.
I had a 10 minute drive home with my burrito in an insulated bag and it was ice cold when I got home. Again I’ve been getting Chipotle for at least 10 years now and I’ve never had that happen before. Im not sure if everything on the serving line was cold but having not eaten there I can’t verify that. Ive always been willing to give a place a second chance but I think until something happens with current management ill avoid this location in the future.
Im downgrading my review now to 1 star 6 hours later because I actually think i may have gotten food poisoning

I usually always get the veggie burrito, but the last couple of times, I changed it up and got the burrito bowl with sofritas.

I can’t believe how much food you receive from a bowl than a burrito, whereas a burrito is stuffed and ready to burst if you let go. When you eat with a fork, well, it’s a bit more civilized.

The sofritas have a little kick to it and mesh well with the veggies, beans, and rice. Overall, this would be my “go-to” from now on.
