Food is always good at this Chipotle. I ordered in person and got a carnival burrito, chips and guacamole. Not much wait at 2p on a Saturday. The food is fresh, hot and tasty. The staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely go back. I got take out

I showed up ONE HOUR before closing and was told they didn’t have shredded cheese because it “wasn’t worth it” to make more.

Let that sink in.
Not “we ran out.”
Not “we’re sorry.”
Not “give us a few minutes.”
Just flat out: it’s not worth it.

If your staff has decided that doing the absolute bare minimum during posted business hours isn’t worth their time, then maybe close earlier. Or update the sign to say: “Open until 10pm, but emotionally closed at 9.”

Cheese is not some exotic, seasonal ingredient. It’s one of the core components of your entire menu. This is like a pizza place saying sauce isn’t worth it, or a coffee shop deciding milk is optional because it’s late.

The most impressive part wasn’t that they were out. It was the open indifference. No attempt to fix it. No attempt to care. Just a shrug wrapped in corporate branding.

If you plan on going here, apparently you need to beat the staff’s internal motivation clock, not the posted closing time.

Do better

This Chipotle was great compared to some others. The wait was quick and I was able to get my bowl. There were plenty of of places to sit as well. I always get the same thing, a veggie bowl. The portions were good compared to some other Chipotles. I did try the new adobo ranch, do note that it is an up charge. I liked it, but it does have a little kick. Overall this chipotle location is good.

Since this opened it has become a favorite occasional stop on the way home to pickup an order of Mexican. I use the app to preorder exactly what the family wants and schedule the pickup. If I am running a bit late they put the hot items in a warmer and keep the cooler items out.

2023: Still very good for quick service. Chicken Al Pastor is my new favorite.

2024: Very good service and quality. They no longer carry Chicken Al Pastor ☹️ because the summer season passed.

2025: Spring and Summer I walk to this location for lunch sometimes. I really love the food and service here.

I eat at this location every year, which is approximately how long it takes me to think “it wasnt that bad was it?” Yes. Yes it was.

Every single time I come to this location, out of multiple items. Service slow. Food prepared weirdly bad. Dining room dirty. Why were all the utensils spoons? Blasting the employees music from back of kitchen.

This is consistently the most comically ill managed chipotle I’ve ever been to.

We came here on a Wednesday afternoon. It took them 30mins to get us our mobile order AFTER it SAID it would be ready. The food was okay.

The last year or two, I haven’t heard much good about Chipotle, that they’ve been going downhill, they have WILDLY inconsistent portion sizes, and our most recent visit (to this one) confirmed just about all of that for us.

It’s so sad especially given the fact that their food was so good at one point, but the way these locations are managed leaves so much to be desired nowadays.

I wish I had read these reviews before ordering from this location. Won’t be back. I waited 20 minutes past my pickup time for 2 salad bowls. The bowls were 2/3 full and consisted mainly of cheese and wilted lettuce and NO vinaigrette! Also my side of guacamole included a 1/4 piece of whole avocado which I could not cut with a knife. I tried to let someone know on the app but you can only voice one complaint. Just won’t be back. Also two staff members at 6 pm on a Thursday wrong.

Came here on a Monday at 7pm when I tell you everyone had the same idea as I did the line was all the way to the door and then some. I came to get the new honey chipotle chicken which we were told by the cook it would be 15 minutes. The tables were dirty garbage over flowing and soda spilled on the floor. I have never been to a more crowded chipotle in my life and I use to go to the ones In NYC so I know crowds. Overall the food was good they are a bit skimpy with the portions but I would go again but just not at that time way too crowded.

I usually go here and keep expecting that they will improve their service and food. Given enough chances but looks like they don’t want to serve good food.
Instance 1: Veggie bowl – guac was almost over so they put whatever left in the container (barely a teaspoon), very old and dry queso. Ended up paying full price for rice beans pico and cheese
Instance 2: Chicken bowl – Old dry chicken, no cheese and fajitas.
Instance 3: Chips and queso – Dry/cold queso looked like it was sitting overnight. Ended up paying around 10 dollars for food that is not edible.

Owners/Managers need to go and inspect the kitchen as it seems employees are not motivated to serve the chipotle standard food. Either be honest to the customers so they don’t pay for food that’s been sitting for long or train to refill fresh food.
