It really makes me upset to write this review because I absolutely love chipotle but I’m getting sick of coming to this one and the consistency is never the same. I have the understanding that guac cost extra. I’m okay with that, but I’m upset with the fact it has tasted like shit almost everytime. There’s zero salt in the guac and it taste terrible bc of it. Do better.

Horrible experience. I used to love this place. Now I asked for extra rice and sour cream and my burrito somehow looks even smaller than a normal one. Also, I don’t know who is making the guac, but it is flavorless so I really hope they can fix that. Oh, and also it tasted like they didn’t even heat up my tortilla for my burrito so there’s that and my friend chips are stale.

The whole serving staff was super friendly (checking on portion sizes of food throughout) and the flavors and food is always good. I got the chicken burrito while my wife got the chicken bowl. Great quick dinner or lunch spot.

Horrible customer service by the young lady at the register this afternoon, very unprofessional attitude. Asked for me and my friends order to be separate and the cashier gave me a big deep sigh. Very rude will not be returning if she is working. Somebody need’s to fire her.

Quick friendly service. The staff was happy to accommodate my non dairy needs by pulling toppings out of the back & not off the line. My food was fresh & tasty. The only draw back is the location is very small & plain on the inside. It doesn’t look like a regular chipotle. Overall good food, would go back.

For being a company that prides themselves on having fresh food available, you sure seem to be out of a lot of food during the day. This is incredibly impressive considering during your busy hours of the day you will only have one person on the line and have one or two people prepping food and another one to two people making mobile orders. Another issue with this location is the lack of urgency of the employees, you can place a mobile order for pick up at a certain time and it is almost never available until 10-15 min after the scheduled pick up time.

If your craving chipotle order online. Waste of time otherwise. I’ve never not had a long wait time here. Honestly would rather go to moes across the street.
Today they ran out of lids and used aluminum foil on top of their bowls, had to wait for the chicken, wait for the rice, and wait for guacamole.
The people working are nice but never seems like they have enough people working here.
