I had placed an order through DoorDash for one bowl with chips and queso. It was delivered and I am extremely disappointed with the portion size, the bowl specifically. The bowl was about half full and that’s even being generous. Considering the bowl included steak, cheese, queso blanco, romaine lettuce, black beans and brown rice for a whopping $18.25, you’d almost expect it to be practically bursting at the seams..
The fact that $35.94 was spent on a literal half assed order is quite absurd.
This is not the first time it’s happened. I tried calling the store directly and of course, could only talk to an ai generated machine who wanted to take my order again.. there was absolutely no way to talk to a REAL PERSON. RIDICULOUS

I just ordered from Uber Eats and I picked up my order but it says “cannot check before leaving we have already gotten everything checked and correct” okay so barbicoa bowl with fajita veggies, corn, lettuce, cheese, queso. Maybe …. Half a scoop of meat, no queso at all, DROWNED in the fajita veggies. Imagine eating a wet aloe plant. Nasty with that my girlfriend got carnitas, corn, veggies, sour cream, cheese. No sour cream, barely any fajita veggies. It’s just so disappointing. And also inconvenient. It says, “Will be placed on mobile order shelf.” But it’s not you have to wait for the person at the register to be done with the last customer. The convenience of picking it up is when it says your order is ready, you walk in, and you grab it. Disappointing

This is hands-down the BEST Chipotle in the entire state of PA. The staff here truly makes the difference! Karter, Mrs. Jenn, Micheal, Liam, and so many others go above and beyond every single visit. They’re always friendly, fast, and they actually care about the customers.
The food is consistently fresh, the portions are solid, and the restaurant is always clean. I honestly only go to the gym across the street just so I have an excuse to come to this Chipotle afterward! That’s how good it is. If you’re anywhere near the area, this is the Chipotle to go to. Highly recommend!

Tonight I stopped in for a bowl with chicken, and asked for no rice but plenty of veggies. The portion was pretty disappointing. I received a meager portion of fajita veggies and lettuce—maybe four pieces in total. The cheese was also sparse, hardly noticeable in the mix.
Additionally, the atmosphere was a bit chaotic, with workers seeming unsure of themselves. While it’s understandable that they may be young and still learning, it did impact the overall experience.
Hopefully, Chipotle can improve consistency in portion sizes and provide better training for their staff to ensure a more enjoyable dining experience for customers.

I’ve been there several times and almost always get an smaller sized portion that what I’m paying for. Today it was particularly bad, I almost walked out. The picture of the bowl is clear, they put almost nothing in the bowl. It’s almost comical. I’m often very lenient in reviews, and I’ve reviewed many places (mostly giving 5 stars), but this is unacceptable. Doesn’t even deserve 1 star.
