I enjoy coming to chipotle every once in a while. The flavor never disappoints. It is an expensive place to eat at, so be prepared. The bowl I got was 14$ and compared to other places portion sizes, that was small for that, but if you don’t mind spending money, definitely come here! We ate outside and it was a beautiful day! Had a good experience.

Went in, ordered and did it all there. Had to pay extra Barbacoa even though the amount of barbacoa was a normal amountthat I would get from this location. Been a few times and have never had an issue, as well as not getting all of the things I asked for as in lettuce and green salsa. Disappointed and paid a full 22 dollars for a bowl, chips and Queso and a side tortilla and there was too much rice and not enough barbacoa.

I guess the only saying grace is that the kids that work here follow recipes so the food is always the same. But boy howdy is this place an absolute disgustoid mess. Every eating surface is coated in old food. Entire drinks spilled on the floor. The only person who is cleaning is currently sweeping the parking lot totally ignoring the inside disaster zone. Zoinks.

My boyfriend and I ordered 2 bowls and instead we got a burrito and 1 bowl. Both were cold and pretty bland. The carnita in the burrito was raw!!! There was no brown rice so there was bland white rice in both. It was very unappetizing and unappealing. Not to mention the chips were so stale you could rip them apart. No crunch or anything…it was honestly awful. Do not recommend.

They almost always get things wrong and refuse to correct mistakes or simply communicate when they are out of something. I ordered hard shell tacos and looked at my order and it’s meatball-sized soft shell balls. Literally rolled up into a ball… I wish I was joking. Did they forget they were making tacos and thought they were making meatballs? I’m just thankful I went through Doordash to get a full refund.

Order came out from the back with 4 others. It was cold, smashed and fairly empty of ingredients. When I asked the 15 year old behind the counter he laughed about it. The remade burrito was what I would expect.

I wrote a review a couple weeks ago when this happened and it was taken down. AVOID THIS CHIPOTLE AT ALL COSTS. Got the worst food poisoning from eating here. Ordered a bowl and it was very heavy. Sour cream was liquidy and my bowl was just quite crazy looking but I liked that becuase they usually dip you with adding extras. Ate my bowl and at around 5am I woke up crying with excruciating pains. Couldn’t use the bathroom and all I could do was lay there holding my stomach in pain. I felt horrible. Went to urgent care and they said I had pretty bad food poisoning and gave me a laxative and some other things to pass this. My stomach was sore for days after this. I’ve been to so many nice and elegant chipotles in jersey and other places. The rice and meat is actually COOKED at other chipotles. This chipotle needs either a new manager and someone to set the workers straight or they just need to close. Everyone that I’ve encountered here has always been rude and the inside is always trashed while the young kids are standing there doing nothing. Maybe go clean up the restaurant because it looks like the streets of nyc. Never coming here again and I’ll tell everyone to avoid this chipotle.

Consistently gets our order wrong. Missing ingredients, or just plain not the item we ordered. Just ordered a steak burrito that was made with no steak. Just rice, lettuce, and cheese. The last 4 times we have ordered have all been similar experiences. Unfortunate because we like Chipotle. Stay away from Hanover location. Their quality control is completely absent.

Worst Chipotle location I have ever been to. When you are spending $10 at lunch you would expect food to be at least cooked properly. Very first time I was there, a new employee was eating the meats with a fork and kept putting it in his mouth and again in the food. I should have stopped going there from that incidence but I didn’t. And the other day I ordered online and was charged $4 for delivery and I paid it for convenience, but the food that came was very unappetizing. Burnt chicken, too much cheese thrown like trash in there, and cilantro wasn’t chopped properly (found 2-3 inches long pieces). And today I ordered online and went to pick up my food and beans were so raw that the middle is close to a white color (see pic). I am not kidding when I say I got seriously sick from it. Staff is also not at all friendly. They should CLOSE this location.

Fast service. Picked up food sooner than it was ready. If only the fruit that I ordered for my child had a protective layer, oh wait they hooked me up. Mabye this is why we have so much plastic waste from foods.
