upon entering this fine dining establishment i was greeted by a lovely serenade of the national anthem, and while there were no bald eagles flying the patriotic spirit was in the air. i proceeded to order two bowls and received nothing but the best treatment throughout the entire experience. i believe that these are some of the finest chipotle workers in all of America.

The lady that waited on us was the absolute rudest human I have ever come across. We placed an order 2 hours prior to closing. When we went to pick it up (with no one else in the store) she said that she was unable to find the order, and then magically found it. She then proceeded to make 3/4 bowls the same, which were not ordered that way. When we went back to have them fixed she just proceeded to tell us to have a “happy holiday”. We left the food there. Not worth the money for the food and definitely would stay away due to the rude associate.

This chipotle is never correct. Waste of money. Ordered (on the app) a bowl with half chicken half steak, double black beans, white rice, cheese, pico, sour cream and lettuce. Didn’t get chicken or steak, no double black beans, guacamole (didn’t even order), no sour cream and no pico. Ordered a burrito with carnitas, white rice, cheese, sour cream, lettuce and corn salsa. Didn’t have any sour cream, had pico (didn’t order that) and no corn salsa. Considering i pay for double and NEVER get double and not to mention the price of the food period to not even get what i ordered. This was my last chance with this chipotle!

We waited over 20 minutes with only two people ahead of us in line. The rice was not stocked, and the meat appeared dried out and old. A woman stood at the kitchen entry the entire time, talking to two employees while repeatedly picking at her ear and face—completely unsanitary. The tables were filthy, and there was food all over the floor underneath. I also witnessed a staff member prepping meals and washing her hands without using soap. Overall, the experience was disappointing and concerning from both a cleanliness and food safety standpoint.

2nd time returning to this location. First time the gentleman behind the counter moving at 100MPH was throwing food everywhere, and messed up all the portion sizes. Second time and final visit, go to order a bowl, no white rice I said I’ll wait it’s fine. Guy stood in front of me and just said no. Fine I’ll take brown, I ask for both beans, I get pinto only. I’ll take lettuce and sour cream, nope those are all out too! Hot sauce? Gone. Drink cups? Gone. Forks? Gone. Food all over the place, dirty floors and tables. Basically no English speaking employees, literally no one knows what you’re even ordering. They just throw stuff on the bowl. 0/10 do not recommend.

For starters, i wasn’t impressed with they way they were wrapping my burrito. food everywhere, the guy who waited on us didn’t even give us a chance to speak on when we were ordering just kind of threw food into the bowl and burrito. not very clean. too fast for me to even speak. too much in a hurry to want to wrap my burrito. didn’t even get a chance to eat our food because of our disappointment of how ridiculous they acted towards my food.

This place is disgusting. From the filth on the floors, to the recent crew, to the food quality. The new crew speaks barely English. I went there today and saw 3 employees and a random man at the entrance of the kitchen. I walked up and waited to be acknowledged by the guy that just stared at me for 2 minutes. Once I walked up I ordered normally and got treated with silence. When I finished my bowl he slid the bowl down the counter practically hitting my bowl against the register. I then stood awkwardly at the register waiting for my order to be rung up. I walked a crew member walked past me 5 times. He just kept talking to the guy at the entrance of kitchen. 3 minutes passed and the guy who originally took my order saw that I was still waiting and looked annoyed that I was even still there. He rung me up wrong on top of that. I just took my food and left. I’ve been here a total of 3 times and each time the employees seem uninterested and miserable. The management is awful. Save ur time and go somewhere else.
