All the recent reviews are correct… The food is pretty good, but management is non-existent. We had barbacoa and it was in 3 inch chunks, not exactly burrito size. It’s too bad because both locations in Hershey are bad. I guess in a tourist town it doesn’t matter, they get enough business without having to work for it. The only advantage is the deck is dog friendly.

We arrived at 8:30 and did not get our food until 9:20. I eat Chipotle frequently but quite frankly, this particular store is such a let down.

This Chipotle is so poorly run that they’ve managed to mess up my order at least 4 different times. Whatever you do, don’t order through the app at this location. In my experience, they are almost always out of toppings (cheese, fajita veggies, guacamole) very early in the afternoon and if you order online there is a good chance you will receive an order that is missing something as has happened to me numerous times. Not sure why this Chipotle is so poorly run but my suggestion is to go to the one on Chocolate Ave. that is probably about a 10 minute drive away from this one but has much better management.

I don’t believe in leaving rude reviews but this chipotle is awful. If you’re going to order go inside and do it. Often times i’ll order online and get the completely wrong meat or toppings. I just ordered tacos and received only 2/3 and one of them literally just had rice in it. Like how is that even possible? I get a simple mistake but like ?? insane. needs new management.

Trash everywhere. The steak was overcooked and under seasoned. Two employees stared at me before one greeted me. There was trash everywhere from the tables to the floor even by thr fountain drink machine. The crew seems disorganized. Will not recommend.

We order a quesadilla with a side of rice, pinto beans, and sour cream. The pinto beans tasted like cigarettes. It was absolutely disgusting and we threw away the rest of our food. We have eaten at this chipotle before and ordered the pinto beans and never have they tasted like that. We’re very disappointed with our order.

Don’t waste your money here. I swore off Chipotle (especially this location) after the last time they forgot all of the sides for my kids meals and the large guacamole we ordered, and then refused to refund me, just gave me free kids meals and guac vouchers on my online account – they couldn’t be used all at once so they wanted me to pay more to get what I ordered. I had a gift card and it had been a few months so I tried again. Ordered ahead, double-checked my bag before leaving this time – no chips or drink for the kids meal. Only when I asked about them was I told that they were all out of chips, out of fruit, out of kids drinks, and that they hadn’t gotten a truck in two weeks. Told me to go online and request a refund (which was again issued in free items that I can use just to not receive what I order again in the future). Best part, I got home and took my kid’s quesadilla out of the foil, it was only tortillas. THEY DIDN’T PUT CHEESE ON THE CHEESE QUESADILLA.

AWFUL EXPERIENCE. This is my first time at Chipotle as my friend was taking me here and if I was not reassured that other Chipotles are better, I would NEVER ever set foot in another Chipotle. I was very excited to try it seeing that there was a long line, only to find out that there was one boy taking orders. Spent close to an hour waiting for “fast food.” By the time I finally got up there, I found out that lots of the food were out. Don’t even get me started on the bathroom though. Looks like someone ate those beans that have been sitting out since the morning and then decided to dump it all out in the toilet. I immediately left after I saw that horrific scene. I would rather pee on the side of the road then use that awful bathroom. Worst place ever -10000/10.
