The quality here has dropped significantly. I ordered it as pickup through the Chipotle app and my meal consisted of a mostly empty queso container and carne asada that was dried out and burnt to the point it could identify as jerky. I used to enjoy the generous portions and fresh ingredients, but this experience was poor enough that I won’t be back.

Paid $33 on Doordash for a chicken and rice burrito bowl & a side of chips and queso. I attached a photo of the bowl before I even took a bite. I moved it all to one side to show just how little food was in there.
There was MAYBE 4 ounces of chicken in this bowl. SO small. They made sure to fluff it up with enough lettuce for a separate salad though.
Truly an offensive portion of food to receive. They do this with doordash on purpose. They know you can’t do anything about it. Very very shady.

The staff on Friday night was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and fast. Store was very clean. You can tell that they communicate well!

This location is the absolute worst. DO NOT GO HERE! Bafflingly small portions, missing ingredients, overcooked meats and rice. Here comes another in a long line of bad reviews for this location with the same complaints. Corporate doesn’t care.
As a former takeout specialist and KM at three locations which all had “restaurateur” status, I know the ins and outs of the operation. As a takeout specialist I was responsible for ensuring freshness of the back line by ROTATING OUT OLD STUFF, and making sure people are GETTING WHAT THEY PAID FOR. I was always on the generous side as it made repeat customers, and we had some great staff to back that up by making more when needed.
I have a hunch that whoever runs the kitchen in this location doesn’t want to do their job, so the crew gives out tiny portions and old food to avoid asking that person to make more. It’s either that, greed from manager, or the line crew are literally too lazy to swap the pans.
DO NOT order here through the app or uber eats, YOU WILL GET STIFFED. I should not be getting a bowl that is 1/3 full with a half scoop of overcooked steak and crunchy rice when i’m paying $20 for a double steak bowl. So unbelievably disappointing.

Food is always served cold, looks old, rice tastes overcooked. They forget items in your order and then dont answer the phone when you call for a replacement or refund. Im so over it. Its the same service at every chiptole. The food is always inedible and customer service and managers never provide a solution.

As other reviews have noted, the portions are absurdly small. I had to ask for more rice THREE times before there was enough rice in the bowl to actually cover the bottom of the container. Got maybe half a scoop of meat too. I can’t even order off the mobile app anymore because any time I did, the amount of food in the container was meager. Prices have never been higher, and value has never been lower. Avoid this location for sure.

They want you to pay $12-$20 and they don’t even fill the bowl. The portions are exceptionally smaller than other local locations and you can see the gaps at each end once done. They want more money for giving you less product. And when I mentioned it the girl just laughed. FOH she made that bowl for nothing cause I walked out. Won’t catch me at this location ever again.

one day I’m charged 1.75 for my bowl of only rice another they charge me the price of a veggie bowl. asking why only leads to the cashier saying some new different excuse each time. you have to order a quesadilla thru the app. you can’t order rice on the app. my pickup order sometimes is on the shelf, others I have to wait in line to ask for it. the constant inconsistencies make getting good decent food into a chore. this store shows how much chipotle has changed in the worst ways

showed up on my lunch break to get a mobile order that was supposed to be done at 11:10 AM and it wasn’t even finished until about 11:20 AM. Also asked for and paid for extra toppings and didn’t receive them waste of money and waste of time. The food looked like a bowl of soup. It was just soggy and liquidy.
