Ordered from this location for our Galentines get together. I ordered directly through the Chipotle app. When our food was delivered, I was like this bag is awfully light. Attached are the pictures of what we received.
Called the location and was told that the portion sizes had changed, what did they change to? Counting rice grains and lettuce?
I didnt ask for money back, I wanted what I paid for. Was told that they couldn’t send more food, and that I had to come and pick it up, because I used door dash. I ordered directly through your app, so if door dash is what you used…so be it. We asked if we could put in another order and was told no.
I was so upset. Paid over $50.00 and this is what was offered.
I will not be going to pick up whatever they said I could have and Chipotle has lost a customer.

The “white manager”was very rude and unprofessional. The food was old and dry. The meat was extremely dry, and the beans looked spoiled. The area was dirty, and there was rice mixed inside the beans. The soda station was dirty as well. Plus the portion terrible

I have been coming here for a long time, but the quality keeps getting worse and worse. Please properly train your staff to care about their work and provide better service. Unfortunately, I will not be returning.

Stopped here during a lunch break since my school is right down the road. I ordered pickup for ASAP (which was about ten minutes wait). Got there and my food was ready and on the pickup counter on time, and everything was super well organized. Made everything easy and efficient. Even small things like having the cup for the fountain drink, all items in the order present AND all during a Friday lunch rush? I’ve been to other Chipotles in the area, and this was by far the best experience I’ve had in a long time. Clean, well lit atmosphere and great portions and flavor with the food itself. I will be back! 🙂

Get better management at this point. Food is good and all but god damn y’all really hate to give proper protein servings. This is the second time I politely ask for extra steak and it’s like it is forbidden to add an extra spoon full. Literally ripping people off by not given them proper portions for the already over priced basic items. Thats how you lose customers. Also, not asking to treat us like royalty, but customer service needs a little umf you know what I’m saying? At least a smile or a burp to acknowledge a customer trying to be nice and friendly with the staff. Not asking for long conversations just a simple haha goes a long way.

Over the last several months we have been ordering through door dash and picking it up and in all that time we would order the ‘fajita veggies’ on our burrito bowls and when we would get home, no veggies! Went in yesterday and made a person to person order and asked for the ‘fajita veggies’ and the staff member said ‘we don’t have them’ and I said did you take them off the menu? Staff member said ‘no, they were not prepped today’, so all those times we ordered ‘fajitas veggies’, they were not prepped on all the days we ordered them thru door dash? It is not a veggie bowl without the ‘fajitas veggies’. What’s the deal? Very disappointed!!!

The 5 stars is for the nice lady who made my food it was great. BUT the kid at the register had no customer service. Didn’t thank me for my business and didnt even look at me while cashing me out. He doesn’t get any stars. When you’re in a business serving people that’s what you get paid to do is serve them.

I have been there alot over the last few months with my parents being in & out of the hospital it’s convenient. However the last 6 times it has been absolutely horrible. Service is awful. Food was low or told they had no more. White rice? A major staple in all the meals. Meat as well. The store is filthy & not stocked. I give them chance after chance maybe just a bad day or they are trying ect. I won’t go back there . I will drive out of my way from now on to go to other locations. Way too much money to waste anymore.

Avoid this Chipotle location! My husband came by for the BOGO deal today. They charged him $20. When he asked if that was the BOGO price, they said yes. He checked his receipt, and they charged him $6.10 for “extra steak” that he did not order on either bowl. When he asked them about the charge, they brought out a manager. The manager threw $4 cash at him and walked away without saying a word. This short-changed my husband and was extremely unprofessional. Please travel the extra distance to the Chipotle on the Pike. Much better food and management!

Are they kidding? Salad with meat had 3 small quarter size pcs. Tacos were literally a wrap and a tiny pc of meat.
