Portions keep getting smaller. The server actually shook the spoon to knock chicken off of it before putting it in my burrito. Like Thomas’ review, when I asked if I could get a full scoop, someone else jumped in and said well you can charge you extra for double. The pictures don’t lie. Go get more value supporting a local business.
I’m sure management looks at these reviews occasionally; It’d be great to see a response.
Addendum- “please contact…” response gets you in a continuous “we’d like more information” lop with ‘customer service’.

This location was out of several items and did not explain before ordering and no substitute items suggested. There was very little chicken, absolutely no fajita veggies or veggies at all, and our bowls were woefully small despite trying to fill them up with what was available. It was the middle of the day, only 2 other customers besides me, and I’m just not sure what happened. Additionally, I ordered guacamole on my veggie (without veggies) bowl and did not receive any. Should’ve gotten a better angle on the photo, but in my hometown a Chipotle bowl is full and brimming over as you open the lid. This was not anything close. They still charged for chips and a tortilla which were ordered in desperation to think of things that would help fill up hungry college kids moving in.

Asked for a little more chicken because I received the smallest scoop I have ever seen (and I go to other chipotles a lot), and then a different employee jumped in and replied that they’d given me a scoop so they’d charge me if I would like more. Would definitely recommend trying a different location before this one. Pics are not great but are of what is supposedly “double chicken”.

This Chipotle, located near Penn State University, was one of the best I have ever visited and here is why. The location is spacious and eve though there was a long line it did go fast. We ordered two chicken burritos and the worker who adds the sour cream and cheese was over the top friendly even asking how our day was. The chicken in the chicken burrito was the tastiest I have ever had. Maybe it had more seasoning, but, whoever ever cooked it made it perfect . The only downfall of this location was the stale chips. Other than that, I highly recommend it and well worth the wait next time you are visiting Penn State.

From the second you step in it smells amazing, you can tell it’s a popular place, thought there were some opens tables for lunch. The staff were really nice, efficient and gracious with their service. The chicken is great!

Walked in to find my original pickup order had been stolen and needed it remade. They remade my order and I have to say this is the worst chipotle bowl I’ve ever gotten. Very disappointed as it has only about 2 pieces of chicken and a few black beans. Not worth it. Ordering in person is always the best way to go.

Michael McKay was rude and arrogant with me directing what angry he was holding onto at me, I’m allergic to tomatoes and I said no tomatoes and he put them on anyway then he threw the bowl in a bag and said I am not going to charge you have a wonderful day. I can’t even eat the food he gave me. Basically lead me to the door and was very rude. I truly don’t think that is the right image that this company needs working for them

Unsanitary conditions and most of the food was kept out of the cold box for the entirety of the night. Pretty sure this violates some health codes. Got sick after eating here & people were serving food w/o gloves, beware

Do not come here late!! Paid full price for pan scraping and bad attitudes might be hard to tell from the pic buts that’s a 1/4 cup of guac maybe and barely any chicken and a few sprigs of lettuce. Came in at 10:20 thought they were open until 11 guess the door ain’t locked but they ain’t making more food. They had half the trays in the back so if I didn’t ask off memory I didn’t get it notice no beans.

Orders are often 20-40+ minutes late on Fridays and Saturdays. I know it’s a busy location, but come on. Lots of cleanliness issues when it’s busy – overflowing trash cans, messy counters and tables, napkins on the floor, etc. Ice machine is often empty when it’s busy. Portion sizes can be inconsistent, especially when it’s busy. Desperately needed additional seating is often closed off for “cleaning”…My order is currently 25 minutes late and counting…I think I’m done with chipotle.
