This place consistently gives the tiniest portions. This is an order of double protein and there’s no rice on one end. Zero queso on it like I ordered and absolutely no lettuce.

My special-needs Brother and I had a horrendous Dinner experience at this Chipotle and we are appalled at the Staff, cleanliness, and Manager’s treatment towards his Staff at this Location.
We witnessed and experienced;
***Poor Staff and Management behavior
***Long Wait time to be served – despite being the only person in line – staff were goofing off in the back
-***Not wearing gloves while preparing food,
***Staff eating in the kitchen around prepared food (smh – while manager was talking with them)
-*** Incredibly rude customer service
***Dirty table tops and over flowing – unattended garbage
***Poor Food Quality – the white rice was CRUNCHY / UNDERCOOKED
-Manager and staff didn’t throw out the white rice away or asses if it was cooked, they kept serving it to the next customers…
First time at this location and my last. Regardless of having my severely Autistic and Mute brother with me, where it’s visually understood he has limitations – the manager and majority of the Staff should not behave the way that they did. This is not the typical high standard and quality Chipotle typically provides.

Im going to be honest, I have never eaten at chipotle and never will. I have picked up many orders for other people though. The kitchen is open for everyone to see. I watch employees use gloves for food, touch the register, touch cash, hand out food and go back to making food without changing gloves. I was there for 18 minutes the other day and they may have changed gloves, but not once used the hand sink. Good luck to anyone that chooses this restaurant.

They can’t make a single thing right, and no care to actually fix the problem. As a vegetarian it’s very upsetting when I order the sofritas tofu, and I get carnitas(meat), when it’s more than a half an hour drive. Then upon calling I get outsourced to some non-english speaking person who says they can’t have anyone remake or compensate the order, but they’ll take the complaint up with “management”. Chipolte learn to do your job!

The store opened late December and was fully staffed, abit with newly trained personal. When I visited, they were not able to accept cash.
This was the first location I’ve visited with a drive up window, available for pick-up for app orders. I don’t understand their seating concept v. self serve beverage.
There prices are high, food is good but this is not a value proposition when you’re charged for chip and salsa separately…

Great location at corner of North Buffalo and Grand Teton which is convenient for the surrounding neighborhoods. It opened on Nov 21st. We ordered online for pickup at their drive through. Our order wasn’t ready when he got there so he went inside. The servers were very friendly. Interior was nice, clean, organized. Indoor seating is available only. Hubby got the chicken burrito bowl which he liked. I got the steak burrito bowl. It had several pieces of grissel and fat which was very disappointing. I would order the chicken next time.

Just went in to get a bowl and had pink undercooked chicken and rice was hard and tasted soapy. Being pregnant this is very dangerous and employees need to be more responsible when food handling, will definitely not be returning.
