Legit SO DISAPPOINTED….. missing so much stuff in each one of our bowls. This is a sad excuse of food to even look at. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED AND I LOVE CHIPOTLE. My bowl I did not get my fajitas veggies, corn, or sour cream and my boyfriend bowl he got white rice and not brown rice, no corn, salsa, queso or fajitas veggies either.

I’ve been to this location twice. Once at noon and the other time around 4 pm on different days of the week. Beans and rice were being scraped from the container. No fajitas. No pico de gallo. No sour cream. The guy serving kept going in back to get chicken and beans. The other guy forgot to turn the flame on to cook the beans so we were just waiting for beans that weren’t being boiled. Very messy. Food everywhere. So disappointed because we drive 35 mins to get there and never able to get what we want.

Every time my husband and I go to this location, we are incredibly disappointed by the portion size. At first, we thought the portion sizes were small because the store was new and they didn’t want to run out of ingredients. We’ve gone multiple times because we wanted to give the store the benefit of the doubt because it opened so recently.
I never write bad reviews, however, yesterday’s burrito bowl was the last straw. I’ve included a picture below of the portion. My husband ordered brown rice, steak, black beans, sour cream, salsa, and cheese and that is the size of the bowl he received. For $12, you’d expect the ingredients to make up at least 3/4 of the bowl.
We’ve gone to the Chipotle in Erie numerous times and the difference in portion sizes is astounding. I am very disappointed in this Chipotle and wish I could give it 0 stars.

Great environment, with good music, clean seats, and tons of tables. The service was ok, I tried to make a few conversations and only one seemed to be touched on. But besides the silent service, which I can understand on a Friday. The food is too die for. I got cheese, steak, white rice, beans and sour cream. And it came out amazing. Definitely coming back for more.
(Side note): I saw the other reviews, and expected the worse. But it got a lot better.

Very cold unwelcoming restaurant. Dirty floor. Dirty tables. Dirty drink station. And especially Dirty food area. Meat was burnt and dry. Nothing looked fresh or appetizing.
$34 for two half filled bowls and one drink? Never again. I think corporate company should investigate this location. It’s a health disaster waiting to happen.

First time at a Chipotle and it will be my last. Can’t knock the service, but the entire place was filthy. Every table had left over food, the soda/condiment area had food all over it. Did watch food prep dude go from food prep to cash drawer without changing gloves and scraped food from the counter into a customer’s bowl! The small portion of beef was full of gristle and mostly inedible. I will not be spending my hard earned money here.

Good was good. There was only 1 person working the line & 1 person working the drive thru. It took about a half hour standing in line to get food, due to them not having enough staff. I feel they are way over priced, for what you get.
