I ordered from this location multiple times and this is not the first time they have messed up my order. I ordered a chicken bowl with rice, black beans and toppings (lettuce, salsa etc) paid extra for guacamole. When I opened my bowl I got chicken rice cheese and spicy sauce. I ordered delivery so I did not see them make it. When I bit into the chicken after a few bites I realized it was undercooked and the chicken was still raw. Very disappointed in this food and I cannot eat it since it is raw.

Grabbing dinner on the go. This is the 2nd time in two weeks I order a chicken bowl and they say they have no chicken or this time they say it will be 15 minutes for chicken. I couldn’t wait so I asked if I could have steak for the chicken price as I couldn’t wait 15 minutes. I was told no. Also both times no soap in the bathroom. Empty. Do not recommend this location.

This chipotle (along with many others) really struggles. The service is slow, as they cannot keep employees.
I used to place mobile orders here often, until one time last year my mobile order took over and hour to make. I decided to give them another try, and sad to say they have not improved.
Ordered in store and they were out of many items. The woman at the cash register asked us two times what we had, but still charged us wrong (for guacamole while neither of us ordered or received any).
Very sad because I like chipotle’s food, but I will not be back to this location.

Received food with a hair in it. They were apologetic and remade the quesadilla right away but didn’t give me a new side of rice for the kids meal. The mandarin was rotten. Every single table was filthy and there was virtually no cutlery. Bathroom was dirty. Staff was friendly.

I had an outstanding experience at this Chipotle! Kara was incredibly friendly and made sure I got exactly what I wanted, which really made my meal special. The food was excellent—the beans had perfect consistency, the rice was fresh, and the meat was served hot and cooked perfectly. The restaurant was spotless, which made the experience even better. The whole team, including managers Athan and Delaney, as well as Connor and Debbie, were welcoming and professional. Truly a five-star visit—I can’t wait to come back!

Went to this location before 6P for a steak bowl. Waited in a very long line to place order. The young staff clearly need much more training, understanding of customer service and supervision of an on-site manager. As I approached to finally place my order, they began to yell out all of the items they did not have. The only proteins left were chicken and barbacoa. Customers were asking how long the wait would be for steak, carne asada & pork, & the young staff said that the meats will not be replaced tonight – that when it’s gone, it’s gone. My question is if your location is open until 10P, and you’re out of the majority of your food items, and not planning to replenish, why stay open!? Close at 6. Have your staff prep and prepare the missing items instead of standing around yelling about what they cannot give the customers. If that is not bad enough, the staff literally slopped stuff in customers’ bowls and over/into other food items below. I unwisely got the barbacoa (1 of the 2 protein options left). I had to wait to pay as a customer wanted a receipt and it took 3 staff and quite some time to put new paper into the register. Apparently prior to this person, receipts were not being offered. As I stood waiting, I watched the one staff wipe the counter of numerous items that coated it, with his gloved hands, and he pushed it all into the mild salsa tray !! He continued to handle food & serve customers afterwards. I was going to just toss my food there, but brought it home. When I opened it, I found that it was icy cold (maybe the meat, corn or tomatoes came directly from the freezer!??) & the barbacoa was one big unedible hunk of meat, held together by a very long stringy piece of muscle/fat (?), that was several inches long! Thank goodness noone ate this, as it was disgusting and a huge choking hazard! I did throw out at home. The food was not edible and likely not prepared and served in a safe & sanitary manner. The whole experience turned my stomach! I called the customer service number on the receipt and they said that they would return my money for the order. I hope that their regional manager gets in there and makes some significant improvement in food availability, quality and staff training. Until then, I wouldn’t waste your time, money and potentially risk your health by eating there. By looking at other reviews, this is not an isolated issue. Very disappointing!

Dirty environment. Trash cans overflowing. Tables were all dirty. Staff standing around instead of wiping tables down between guests. What has happened to Chipotle?
Second bad visit here. Had to get the manager out because none of the table tops were clean.

This location has restored my love for the brand. After spending 15 years as a restaurautuer and opening over a third of this company I felt let down to say the least with this brand. I’ve seen the decline in quality, cleanliness, and friendliest from every single restaurant I’ve visited since I left along with the original owner Steve. Today was the exception. One shift manager working the entire restaurant and everything was on point. The chips were actually made to perfection. The restaurant was clean and well stocked. This is the only Chipotle that wasn’t out of one item. Whoever is running this place needs promoted to a training store and yes, I highly recommend. That my friends means a lot.

Stopped accepting orders from doordash because of the continuously lazy employees, waited 25 min for them to tell me that they were “out of chicken and avacado because it was late” (it was 8pm…) Have had to call my poor customers so many times because management can’t ensure they have Items in stock. Also they’ll wait FOREVER to make doordash orders even with no dine in customers. Bathrooms – forget about it. Dining room – more like a land fill. Seriously, the one on 19 just a mile away is much better than this clusterbuck.
