Place closes at 10:00. We got here at 8:45 and many of the selection was out and she just said “we don’t have any more “. No sour cream, no lettuce, no chips ( reason we came here)The rice is not cooked, every table is dirty snd there are 4 employees sitting up at a table front eating. Bathroom is a mess and trash is overflowing. A customer just walked in stood at the counter for 5 mins then left because no one around.

Amazing experience at Chipotle! The staff are very kind and knowledgeable. They knew the right precautions for gluten allergies right away, and were extremely accommodating.
The beans were decent, and the chips could be a bit crispier, but the service was great. Guac is the best thing on the menu, and was absolutely delicious today.
All the tables were clean and the restaurant was not very busy at lunch.

I bought two burritos and they were ordered almost identical, except different meats. When I received them from the mobile order area, because they were out of both meats on the front line area they were two completely different sizes. One was overflowing so much they had to double wrap it and the second was just a bit bigger than a frozen burrito you would buy at your local grocery store. Not sure what happened but I might just skip this location next time I’m in the mood for Chipotle.

Horrible customer service. How at 11:30 you’re out of steak when you’ve been open for 45 minutes. I wanted an adult quesadilla and was told I could only get it by ordering online….. I’m IN the store RIGHT in front of you and you’re telling me I have to get out of the line and tell your order thru an app???? We are done with Chipotle. Done. Between the smaller portions, dirty stores, absolutely zero customer service, lack of stock in anything even after opening, and now some stipulation to make me order online when I’m RIGHT IN FRONT OF YOU. Done. In this economy where people’s dollar matters and retail or restaurant customer service is near extinct, you need to do better.

This place was going downhill for the last year or two. Came in today and the staff has all been changed, the food is fresh and phenomenal, the meat is great without being tendons like it was before. Total 180. I really mean it. Look at what you did to change this stuff and keep it up.

Then my wife tries to order a quesadilla and they tell her it’s online only. I’m standing right there… why can’t you just make it?
All that for $15+ per meal? Nope, we went somewhere else. Hate what chipotle has turned into.

One of the best maintained chipotle’s i have been to. Spacious, clean counter tops, and ample stock of their ingredients. I went when the shop opened in the morning so the ingredients were almost all freshly prepared. The staff there are also friendly and amicable!
