Wow- I should’ve listened to the other reviews…my online order took almost 40 mins. I waited 20 minutes in store past the time that it was supposed to be ready. Meanwhile, the GM gave me other people’s orders twice (no idea how she kept calling my name and handing my food with other peoples name on the tickets). Also they skimped on the steak when we had paid for double meat.

The food was fantastic. However, I suppose as a result of them being busy, the food prep counter was a disaster — food having fallen in other containers, lettuce all over the place, salsa splashed around. I mean, it was incredibly busy so I do understand that will happen. I took some stars off for that reason. The food, again, was great.

I like to opt for Chipotle vs fast food when I’m in a crunch and need something to eat. It seems to be hit or miss at some restaurants if I’ll have a good meal or not. This location got my 5 item order correct and met my expectations. I did order chips and queso for the first time and wasn’t thrilled. Some chips were great, some tasted like they just weren’t cooked long enough m. A large order was about $8, as much as a meal. Definitely not worth the price. I also ordered an organic lemonade that wasn’t great, just weak in flavor and not something I wanted to drink.

Wonderful friendly service, but understaffed. I’m giving thisb location a 1 star, because it will take you FOREVER to get food here. This is the slowest Chipotle I’ve ever been to in my life. Just need on how long I had to stand here both times I visited, It takes them an average of approximately 5-7 minutes per person ( not including online orders as I don’t have access to that info).

This location desperately needs good management. Assembly line is dirty. Left over food is dragged with each new order. Service is horrible and employees are rude and sloppy. Food was cold and dry. Disappointing!

I ordered online and waited 30min after my the time it said it would be done. They ran out of chicken multiple times before they made mine. They had no ice in the ice machine. My friend asked for a lid and she threw the whole new pack of lids in front of her on the table. Just rude workers and didn’t look they knew what they were doing.

Apparently this Chipotle, nor the franchise as a whole, read their reviews because there is most certainly a management, and or ownership issue as was already mentioned in another review. I officially had the worst Chipotle burrito ever around 4:30 today. They were out of practically everything, the place was filthy, which I was a take out but couldn’t not notice.
