Came through town while visiting the area and stopped in for lunch. Staff was friendly and food was good as expected. Got a few tacos with chicken and a side of chips – always good. The tables weren’t clean so they lose a star for that. I do like Chipotle and so still recommend.

I just ordered an online order with have steak and chicken and got IN TOTAL 4 chunks of meat. Not counting the scraps I wouldn’t even count as pieces. Terrible food especially for my first time ordering online. There should be no reason that at 6:30 you’re out of meat and five scraps for a half and half bowl. I paid 14 dollars for rice and guac.I went through the app to contact support and got no help. There is also a hair in my bowl. Which normally I’ll let that go but i’m annoyed I expected a refund for the bowl.The hair is at the top of the photo.

The food is always good…BUT when ordering on the app… the service sucks. Multiple times I’ve ordered online to include extra lettuce and peppers/onion, only to have hardly any lettuce or peppers/onion. There should be some type of standard and consistency.
Also, at lunch time, they refuse to place the completed online orders on the pickup shelf and make you wait in line to pickup your food.

Walked in, said there was no chips or corn salsa. Waited in a 10 minutes to get up there and the steak is gone, the three people in front of me didn’t get steak. Also put beans on my bowl before when I didn’t know they see out of steak and the beans were in no juice and all mushed together. Finally I watch the mobile food person using corn. As if they didn’t say they were out.

Used to always love coming here. Food is great as far as flavor, always. However, as of late, the portion sizes with rice and beans have been major slacking. By the end of the line the bowl looked only half full with rice, beans and meat, and the other half of the entire bowl was just lettuce. Taking the lid off looks like I just got a bowl full of lettuce. Kinda disappointing. Used to be 5/5 but now I’d give it 2.5/5 honestly. Just kinda eh.

I guess I’m glad I only took a total of maybe 5-7 bites from my burrito bowl earlier today. I’m 99% sure I have food poisoning right now from it. The chicken was either burnt to a crisp or literally gummy, as if I was chewing solely on fat. I bit into a half of a bay leaf as well, which killed my appetite entirely after the gummy piece of chicken fat. Aside from that, this was probably the first time in my life that I ate at Chipotle and it had relatively zero flavor. Will not be returning & wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Customer service was fine; they got my pickup order relatively soon after I walked in the door. I didn’t look around at the cleanliness so no comment there. I am, however, miserable right now. Good luck to everyone else.

This is the third time I’ve been to chipotle this week and I go often I always get the same thing but these last 3-4 times the chicken has been burnt like not even just a little crispy but actually brunt it tastes like ash. And the tables are always dirty we had no where to sit, the drink station is always empty and dirty, and there’s always out of almost everything even though I went 4 hours before close. I used to work at chipotle so I know how hard it is but some of these things are just no ok especially the meat being burnt.

The place is nasty!! Trash needs to be taken out, tables need to be wiped down and floors need to be swept, plus I didn’t even come in during rush hour. A large chip is actually a regular and most of my time spent there is deciding on what to get because they ran out of a lot of the food for the day. The only decent person working there is the manager that’s a white guy with long hair. The other manager is usually not doing her job and has an attitude.

I went again to get my hopes let down… I found this DO NOT EAT bead packet in my salad bowl today. VERY DISAPPOINTED. Thank goodness I didn’t let a child eat from my bowl or they could have ate this, which can result to a trip to the hospital. This place needs better management.

19 people in line and one guy on the build line. Guy at register isn’t helping anyone but is still standing there just watching the one guy work. Manager is more concerned with his temps than helping. (I know this is probably company policy but I doubt they tell them to prioritize that over customers.) This Chipotle has some of the worst service of any Chipotle I’ve ever been too…
