I am appalled by the service here. I went to get a burrito and they gave me half scoop of rice and half scoop of chicken and that is being generous. I asked the lady with the long eyelashes for some more. She rolled her eyes and gave me a little bit more rice. I then asked for more chicken and she looked at me, rolled her eyes, and passed the burrito down the line. This is what my burrito looked like. I am extremely disappointed by the service and will not be coming back here again!

At 320 today, came in and got a burrito. The lady handling the cash did not change her gloves after handing cash to make a ducking burrito. Thats DISCUSSING! DO YOU TRAIN FOR FOOD SAFTY? ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES SAFE SERVE CERTIFIED? THIS IS NOT OKAY, YOURE DEALING WOTH FOOD! DIRECT HAND CONTACT WITH CASH BEFORE HANDING A BURRITO SHELL!
She did not wash her hands before changing gloves. She touched everything with dirty gloves. The utensils were not cleaned after cross contamination. She toutched the burrito shells, these need thrown away. This is disgusting. She passed safeserve certification. She knows how to wash her hands, and when to change gloves. She knows the risks that come with cross contamination, and she does not care. Get this person out of a kitchen, keep her away from food. This is totally inexcusable. Serious food risk here.
This is take out. You dont know where the food is going to end up after it leaves your store. You do not know if its going to someone with a compromised immune system. The consequences of improper food handling can cause serious illness and death. A visit to the er for food poisoning is thousands of dollars. You need to fire this woman.

Do not order online here. Waited 40 minutes and ended up leaving before getting my food. There were at least 10 people waiting for online orders. Hardly anyone in the restaurant though. They wouldn’t even let me cancel in the store. I had to call and talk to customer service for 15 minutes to even get my refund for the food I never got.

Next time I come here I’m asking if they have sour cream before I order. Today was the second time in a row they were out of sour cream. How can this happen so often? Our white rice tasted terrible. It was definitely missing something. They were scooping it out of a pot behind the line. There were no drink lids or forks. The tables are never wiped off here. It is such a mess!

We hadn’t eaten at this Chipotle in about 7-8 months, and they are still struggling. We never left a review for this location before, but they are showing consistency in bad service. At least we were once told that they ran out of ingredients (which was ALL the time, at least weekly, btw), but now they don’t say anything at all. They pretended that all was present and accounted for, and I asked them if everything was good to go. They said yes. They lied to me.
My bowl and salad were basically made the exact same way, with overflowing rice… I paid for guacamole on my bowl (they didn’t add it) and requested the fajita mix on my tacos (also missing).
When you perpetrate like you are honorable, intentionally providing paying customers with the wrong food without so much as a word… They’ll find out once they get home… It is selfish, terrible service, and completely unsat. You wouldn’t appreciate these things happening to you… You lose business this way, and this evening you’ve lost a customer for good.

The employee making food touched her forehead, hat and cash without changing gloves, then attempted to gaslight my brother about it. We asked for the manager and after explaining the issue he literally just said “okay” and turned around while the same nasty employee remade the order… Without even washing her hands. If they can’t even handle food safety that’s visible over the counter, I can’t imagine how disgusting the conditions are where customers can’t observe.

The mall location is definitely better and worth the drive. This location notoriously and frequently runs out of ingredients, chips and even plasticware. The quality control is poor and the blame has to go on management. When they have the right ingredients and you don’t have some unfortunate luck with a worker who gives you tough proportions, the entrees turn out alright! Hopefully this location can pull it together and figure out their supply and demand issue before it closes altogether which would be a shame!

Was told that they ran out of the protein I wanted in the middle of my order (one burrito). In fact they were out of every protein besides chicken. Just went to Five Guys and had a great experience for a similar price.
In general this store was a mess. Trash full, tables dirty, etc. I pity the staff. Management/corporate doesn’t know how to support them properly and it shows.

This is the worst experience at a chipotle I’ve ever had. When we opened our takeout order it looked like the bowl was half eaten and the chip bag had maybe 4 chips. For what Chipotle charges now a days this is completely unacceptable, and of course their AI customer service bot is useless when it comes to helping. The food also is not good quality or taste. We will never be back to this location.

I came here today and while in line the lady was rude and rolled her eyes at me constantly. Then when I got up to pay, the guy put guacamole and chips on my plate like it was mine when I only got chipotle bowl and a drink. I realized after I paid and the guy threw away my receipt real fast. I realized afterwards I was charged 16.81$ when I usually pay around less. I think they literally stole my money. Very rude staff and I would like my money back please.
