Chipotle takes too many online orders that their employees can’t fulfill and you end up waiting a half hour past your scheduled time to get your food. What’s the point in ordering ahead if they’re going to miss the time on every single order? Throttle the system to allow less orders.

The store is always out of something and the staff be ratchet some days. The food isn’t bad but it annoying when you order delivery and then it comes and half your order is missing and you call and they tell you they was out of chips or fajitas. That should be made aware before you order because they still charge you for it. Plus the store isn’t always clean when you come in . The one is mcandless crossing is cleaner and more accurate on orders .

At this Chipotle restaurant, my husband and I ordered one burrito bowl. Unfortunately, the restaurant had no guacamole or corn available, so the burrito bowl ended up containing only rice, chicken, beans, and cheese. The three employees’ service was fine. Two employees promptly made the burrito bowl. I appreciate that one employee wished us a nice day.

3 strikes and you’re out. 3rd time and last time ordering takeout from this location. Each item ordered was completely wrong, missing toppings, and severely under portioned. Ordered two bags of chips where one bag was soggy and the other was stale. Location was not busy at all at the time of order/pickup so no excuse for the staff. Save your money or spend it elsewhere.

Very busy and the staff couldn’t seem to keep up. Had to ask twice for my kids chips, I never got my guacamole. The worst part was my burrito; it was a smashed, mushy mess. They must not have drained the salsa or beans good enough cuz there’s no other way it would have been that moist. I had to take it home and reroll it cuz it wasn’t really even rolled and instead of actually taking the time and fixing it with a new tortilla or even a smaller one to patch it, it just got smushed and smashed by the staff trying to make what was falling out fit. No one seemed to know what they were doing and everyone seemed very frazzled and rushed. It was like no one actually cared and everyone was incompetent. Very disappointed.

I came here to pick up my mobile takeout order, and it wasn’t ready at the time they said, which I understand happens. What I wasn’t ready for was the state of the restaurant. This place was absolutely disgusting. Every table had food on it, there was food and napkins on the floor, the garbage was overflowing, and they were out of napkins. If I hadn’t already placed my order, I would have turned around and walked back out again. It was one of the most disgusting places I’ve ever seen. Kind of hesitant to come back here any time soon.

Last week, my son and I stopped and got a burrito, kids build your own and a drink. They kept asking what we wanted on the kids, they said we could have anything. He got steak, rice, queso, pico and lettuce. They said the kids meal also comes with fruit and chips if we want them. So we got that too. It was $15. We went again this weekend and ordered the exact same thing. For the kids build your own, he got rice and steak and got charged extra for a side of queso. No pico, no anything else. No fruit, no chips. I was charged $23. I had to pay $8 more for less?!? When I said the price couldn’t be right, the manager assured me that this was correct. Considering the sign says 2 sides and fruit and chips, she blatantly lied. Now that I’m seeing all the other negative recent reviews and zero responses from the store, I think this will be our last time here.
