Room for Improvement in Service Attitude
I’ve visited this location many times and generally had positive experiences, so I hesitate to judge the entire staff based on one interaction. However, my recent visit left me disappointed with the attitude I encountered.
My friend and I ordered similar dishes with a small variation, and I politely asked if the staff member could mark one of the boxes with a “B” using his finger—just a quick way to help us differentiate. Instead of accommodating the simple request, his response was dismissive: “When you open it, you’ll see tomato on top,” or “Take two different bags.” It would have taken just a moment to assist and perhaps even thank us for choosing their restaurant for dinner.
While I didn’t walk away from the order, the interaction didn’t reflect the level of customer service I’ve come to expect. That said, I’ve never had a similar issue here before, so I’m willing to give them another chance. I hope this was an isolated incident and not indicative of a broader shift in service culture.

Ordered a dine-in chicken bowl at this location. I was gven a bowl with zero chicken in it, but still charged for chicken. So I quickly realized this after sitting down to eat it. I went back up to the counter and showed them my chicken-less bowl, and another Employee quickly added the chicken. The taste and quality of my meal was good and fresh. So no complaints on the food itself other than someone forgot to add chicken to my chicken bowl. I’m glad I didn’t do a takeout and find this at home!
The restaurant dining area was quite dirty. Every table had crumbs and food scraps all over it. It’s a Chipotle, so that’s to be expected, but it would be a nice luxury to walk up to a clean table every once in a while in a Chipotle.

The most disgusting, filthy restaurant I’ve ever been in. All but one table was covered in food empty containers. The floor covered in food. We could barely get silverware because there was so much trash all over the self-service counter.
The food service area was filthy and the food was overcooked and burnt. We should have left but we were so hungry. We got something simple. When I asked for a manager I was told I am by a gentleman doing the takeout. He was so rude and nasty.
I should have looked at the reviews for this place first because I would have never gone in. I called the corporate office and I called the board of health. This place needs to be either cleaned up or shut down.

I rarely take the time to write restaurant reviews, but after my experience tonight, I felt it was a necessity. I haven’t been to this location in over a year because of previous mediocre meals, but I decided to give it another shot. That was a mistake. This location is widely known as the “bad” Chipotle in the area, and it’s clear why: it suffers from systemic management and training failures.
The Food:
Safety Concerns: The steak in my burrito wasn’t just room temperature; it was actually cold, as if it had been sitting in a fridge or chilled container. My 5-year-old daughter is also now complaining of a stomachache after eating her meal.
Flavor/Quality: The white and brown rice had zero cilantro. The rice, chips, and guac were completely unsalted (ironic, since a friend told me their food was inedible because of over-salting last week).
Inconsistency: They gave us three sides with the kids’ quesadillas instead of the standard two. This wouldn’t be an issue by itself, but it further highlights a lack of basic training.
The Facility & Service:
Cleanliness: Only three tables were occupied when we arrived, yet every other table was covered in rice and debris. I had to clean our own table just so we could sit down.
Beverages/Supplies: Both Coke dispensers were broken. The lemonade was dispensing water, so we went to the craft lemonade dispener, which was also empty. When we asked for the kids’ juice that comes with the meal, they gave us soda cups instead; we had to specifically ask for the boxed juice. There were also no forks available when we arrived and until we asked for them. Again, small issues add up to a poor experience.
Technical Issues: The cashier was unable to perform the basic task of scanning the Chipotle app on my phone. Eventually he got it to work, but this seems like a pretty basic task in today’s fast food world.
The employees seem to be trying, but they are clearly not being set up for success by management. I will never eat at this specific location again, regardless of how convenient it is. If you want a standard Chipotle experience, go to any other location but this one.

We went on black Friday. They weren’t busy at the time, but with only 2vpeople working the entire place, it was sad. I took pictures of how bad it was. Serving bar almost empty, dirty pans laying on counters, no ice in soda machine, some flavors empty, trash full. Very dirty and a huge disappointment. They certainly need to do better.

I have never seen a restaurant as filthy as this, we usually go to Wexford but I was in the area and I ordered quesadillas for the kids to eat at the restaurant after practice. Do not go here, there are other Chipotle’s in the area. The people working there looked overwhelmed, they were out of many items and when I asked for something to clean a table the only thing to they could come up with was paper towels from the bathroom.

Been here too many times to count and I’m finally done with it. Terrible service, people aren’t friendly and seem angry when you go in. Tried the new chimichurri and 90% of it was just oil, barely had any stuff in there. Got guac on my bowl and was charged for a side of guacamole and chips. Everything about it was a terrible experience, only positive was how quick I got my food because the place was empty but now I understand why it was. Will not be back.

Paid $30 for a quarter of a bowl to be filled. There was no chicken, steak, beans or queso available. My wife got a veggie bowl and the guy scooped half a spoon of rice into the bowl and spread it around to make it look “full” then proceeds to put a massive scoop of sour cream on top. Her bowl was more of a soup than a bowl. It took us 15 minutes to order our food. Absolutely disappointed with this experience and will look for other places to eat because of this.

The most outrageously dirty, loud, unwelcoming location I have ever been to. Garbage cans overflowing, no napkins left, main line had food splattered all over the other ingredients, food even all over the check out counter. Workers were not pleasant. Will not be repeating any visits here.
