My first time at Chipotle and the food here is amazing. The only issue was how the store is kept. The tables were dirty with napkins on them from previous customers. The drink station area was messy. The food station where you order was clean though and that’s always a good sign. When we came there was no one else in the store at the time.

I ordered from this location today. And this issue is partly doordash’s fault as well but thats who Chipotle affiliates with so enjoy your shared failure. We ordered today and when selecting delivery there is option to put it in my hand which I selected due to it being 26 degrees outside. Well it arrived and the driver just left my food on my stone porch which I discovered 10 minutes after delivery. Thanks Michelle enjoy that 5 dollar tip i gave you up front. So we open the bag and there is our 2 burritos and one napkin to share. Lol. And I learn that not only is my food ice cold but the we make burritos place doesnt know how to wrap a burrito in tin foil. Both had exposed parts of my burrito. Hilarious. Like is there some kind of training program to wrap something in tin foil. This is a management failure. Your staff sucks. Fix it.

Constantly understaffed, delayed orders and extremely small portions. Ordered the build your own kit that says it’s feeds 4-6 people but included less than 300g of chicken ( weight of container not removed, a typical bowl should have ~113g). Terrible value, services, and cleanliness. The staff is nice but constantly behind because Chipotle can’t staff the store for what is needed. Previously we’ve had to wait in the Chipotlane for 10+ minutes or have been asked to leave and come back.

We’ve eaten at this location or made pickup orders at least 20 times here in three years, but we’ve gotten orders with missing items several times. The food is good, but there has been trash left on tables or overflowing in the garbage can most of the times we’ve gone in to eat. This is a very busy location for some reason, and I get that some quality might have to be sacrificed to keep up with orders, but the consistency with which we’ve had subpar experiences is getting ridiculous. Today we ordered a large chip and guacamole to go, and this was how many chips we received — at $8.20, this is unacceptable.

It’s 8:45pm on a Monday night after a long 12-hour day. I’m sitting at the light at Town Square Way and Clairton Blvd staring at the Chipotle sign, debating whether I should even go in.
If you’ve been here before, you know the gamble — missing ingredients, long waits with only two people ahead of you… it’s been hit or miss. (I’ll admit, I was spoiled by the Mt. Lebanon Chipotle from 2012–2016, so maybe my bar is high.)
I’m having an internal battle: do I give Brentwood another shot, or drive five more minutes down toward the old Century III Mall location?
Light turns green. I say, “You know what? Seventh time’s the charm.”
I pull in, park, walk inside… and immediately notice I don’t recognize any of the staff. Hope level rising.
First thing I do? Scan the line for ingredients. BOOM. Everything is stocked. 2 for 2.
Step up to order and — on top of that — I get a compliment on my jacket. At that point I’m thinking, what more could I ask for?
Ordered, paid, and out the door in under 5 minutes. Slow clap.
Night crew of 2/17/26 — you officially moved Brentwood location above the West Liberty location in my book. Whatever changes were made, keep it up. Get this crew a raise.

Leaving another review one month later and still nothing has changed. I went in for a burrito and the guy really needs to be retrained on how to make a burrito. Why do I have sour cream on 1/2 half of my burrito and all of the meat, corn, rice, beans on the other side of the burrito?
Mind you I asked for extra sour cream so when I bite into the other half of the burrito with the sour cream, I am going to be eating nothing but sour cream. What the heck

Order supposed to be for 7:10. Waited in car pickup lane for 20 minutes. Came inside, asked about order. Said they’re “working on it”. Worker yelling loudly about how “she’s going back to retail or McDonald’s because everyone (customers) are staring at her and can see her working.” Loudly states this SEVERAL times over for everyone to hear. I would have just left if I didn’t feel uncomfortable asking for a refund due to the attitude of said worker. Got my food over an HOUR later at 8:15. I will never patronize this specific location again.

The rumors about Chipotle not caring about online orders are true. They forgot my fajitas, fine it happens. But the corn salsa was FROZEN. like straight from the bag FROZEN!!! That’s disgusting and pathetic everyone needs to be fired how do you mess up that badly

Have you ever wondered where the worst chipotle in the country is? Look no further than Brentwood, PA. We pulled in and ordered before noticing the 2.2 average stars Google and regret to inform that is way too generous of a rating. They found the perfect recipe blend of stale and soggy chips (were they harvested from the Allegheny River)? The burrito was rolled to look for like a taquito with less than half the size of a normal chipotle burrito. Can’t help but wonder how corporate doesn’t audit a store with such a low rating and maybe hire new mgmt. If you or your teens are craving chipotle, drive the extra 10 minutes and go anywhere but here.

The one worker was screaming multiple profanities the entire time I was in the restaurant. I felt bad for the other workers honestly. Food wasn’t bad, but it just made me super uncomfortable and I wish I got her name. Great location, the rest of the staff was fine but she ruined the entire experience.
