After attending the car show in the convention center, We ate lunch there today. Matt assembled our order. He was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. As always, the chipotle flavors were my favorites. I only eat plant based while the rest of my family enjoys animal protein. My go to is the brown rice, black bean bowl topped with pico and lettuce. So yummy. Our grandkids love the tacos. It was a delicious way to finish our day together.

I’ve been going to this Chipotle weekly since it opened. While staff issues have always been present the actual food was decent. Recently portion sizes have shrunk to an insultingly small amount. If you order a bowl it will be half filled. They skimp all ingredients and the double portion is now less than a regular at any other Chipotle. I asked the staff why portion sizes are so small and didn’t get an answer. They offered to cancel the order instead. Avoid this Chipotle. You will not get the value you paid.

I’m disappointed with my recent experience. My guacamole container was filled with large chunks of onion throughout, not just one small piece. When I politely asked for a replacement, the crew member Shawn, repeatedly argued that it was only “one chunk of onion,” even after I showed a photo of the container clearly filled with multiple large pieces.
I understand guacamole has onion, but this was poorly prepared and the response felt dismissive rather than helpful. A simple replacement and better customer service would have made a big difference.

Worst location I’ve ever been to, would love to see actual pittsburgh businesses in this space – instead the doors are locked most of the time. Staff couldn’t care less about customers or quality. The service well is empty of all but cat food level protein, everything looks about as old as possible. 4 people here but no steak, no veggies, no options. Seems like all that made this neighborhood special is dead. Had to ask someone at the pickup window to unlock the doors at 4pm, and was let in to zero food. Waste of space and time.

This Chipotle is smaller than average, but it has additional seating outside. It’s located in the middle of the strip and offers a good view of it. The restaurant is clean, and the service was great. I visited 10 minutes after they opened, and they hadn’t set out forks or turned on the music yet. However, I still had a good experience. They also have a clean bathroom with a code for access.

Staff was only taking online orders. My order stated it was complete. Upon arrival, a bunch of people were crowded around with no completed orders in site. Staff extremely unprofessional. Yelling profanities about working as well as their management. Staff member told customers to cancel orders to get a refund due to short staff and lack of resources. Would like to inquire about a refund; however, I have had no luck due to the chatbot thinking my order was completed when it wasn’t. Anyone I can reach out to?!!!

My friend had an eyelash in her bowl, disgusting. This is probably the worst chipotle I have never been to. First of all you can’t even order inside because they are under staffed so you have to order online. Second the bowls are maybe half full. I got barely any meat in general and the steak I got was so dry it was hard. DO NOT COME HERE FOR CHIPOTLE.

Why?!??!? I wish I wasn’t disappointed every time I go to Chipotle these days, but I am. If it’s not a problem with the food quality and availability, it’s a problem with cleanliness. If it’s not cleanliness, it’s service. If it’s not service, it’s a problem with order accuracy. And so on. I wish this was not the case, but no matter the location, it is. This location is no exception. At 6:00 p.m., when closing hours are listed as 11 p.m., they barely had any meat available. Really, the chicken was the only plentiful meat, and the slow-roasted meats looked hours old. When we asked about steak, the staff replied that it would be at least 15 minutes because the grill wasn’t even warm. We ordered fountain drinks but were informed only when we went to fill up that the ice was broken… and the coke was flat. When we tried to throw away trash, the main canisters were blocked off, evidently because the staff didn’t want to have to bother with it later. Anyway, you get my point per this location and others. It’s so disappointing because I just really want to love Chipotle like I once did.

I went on a Saturday around noon, and the surrounding area was busy at least. While it was a genuine nightmare to park, the staff were friendly and helpful while I was picking up my order. Food was exactly how I expected it to be.
