The food is always good however the front of the house lacks in attention paid. Constantly running out of forks. Trash cans are always full ands one must try to play jenga to throw trash away. I get chipotle every single day. This was my first time going to this location and ask for double steak And chicken, but they charge me for double chicken for double steak, When they They gave me maybe 10 piece of steak and one scoop of chicken. My wife got a bowl and wanted her wet toppings on the side as she planned to eat her food later. The guy putting on the toppings seemed very annoyed by me asking for two salsas (mild and hot) and sour cream on the side despite not getting any on the bowl. He said it’s an extra charge for any more than two toppings on the side. I can tell he just didn’t want to do it and was annoyed. When I get on the app and make the toppings on the side there is no extra charge. He then hovered over the cashier to make sure she charged me for a side. I don’t have a problem if that’s policy but based on the app, his body language, and attitude it was just him. I’ll be going to Roots from now on.

As you can see I ordered a vegetarian meal and received this pile of meat, with an apology note. No apology to my face, I didn’t even see this garbage until I opened the bag at home You mean to tell me you are all out: beans cheese corn salsa lettuce and gauc!? And why don’t you just refund me online instead of making me call someone and wasting half hour of my life? This is maybe the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant.

There was no good coming out from the kitchen even though there was a long line and there were no black beans. Chipotle is generally a great place to eat but comparing it with other Chipotles it did not serve enough amount of food. I ordered a bowl and it was 3/4 full while it is always full at other Chipotles I go to. The food was good but the service was a bit slow. Look how it looks empty at the bottom of the picture of my bowl.

This is the worst chipotle in the area. Constantly missing items, giving out incorrect orders, etc. I picked up an order today and the bowl wasn’t even halfway full and was missing several items. The staff needs retrained on how to do their job. Will not be ordering from this location again.
