The staff here are some of the most pleasant people by which I have ever been served. Mr Shawn not only smiled and mainted professionalism while guiding me through the menu, but I actually felt welcomed when he told me to come back soon. The place was immaculate and still smiling staff members cleaned thoroughly throughout the store as if the stainless steel could be polished further. The food is still fresh and hot and I was excited to get home and eat, and it is delicious; Many, many deli shoes. EVERYONE at this store deserves a raise. 10/10 would recommend.

Literally one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a Chipotle. I stopped in after work one day and ordered a bowl and some chips and the worker (also named Jacob) greeted me super promptly and made my bowl to perfection. Absolutely one of the best bowls I’ve ever had and Jacob seriously is a great worker. Phenomenal service dude.

Best chipotle around here. Don’t let the reviews fool you because this chipotle has very good service and are pretty generous with their portions unlike other chipotles. Also the employees are very nice because even though the guy was on his break he still made my order very nice guy.

Went in for lunch on black Friday. According to the person at the order taking counter they were “short staffed” and only were taking online orders. He recommended I drive 15 minutes to the cochran rd location when I asked what if I don’t want to order online. Over 4 people working with a person able to run the register. Makes no sense. So needless to say I was not able to order. Would not recommend this place. Would give zero stars if possible….

Food was alright; HOWEVER, Jake (I hope I caught his name) served us and had such an impact. Incredibly positive and nice. Could tell he takes pride in every task he does. I wish you could find more people working with his enthusiasm. I highly recommend moving Jake up and supporting him because he would be a phenomenal employee for any company!

The “manger” with the long black hair is horrible and tried to recite a policy that she was wrong about to me so I called customer service of chipotle and they told me I was correct. Due to her wanting to argue with me she forgot to put one of the items we asked for in the bag. And that location is always dirty. They barely have anyone cleaning the tables. Would go elsewhere if you want actual good customer service.

Can’t really speak on the inside of the store or the service because we always pick up to go, but this is the BEST chipotle in Pittsburgh and I brag that it’s close by because every time we order from here, the bowls are stuffed to the gills. Whoever is building the burrito bowls here…I hope your pillow is always cool. Portion sizes here are NOT an issue and they are in fact tasty.
