Final Update: After a follow up email regarding my feedback, I was provided a two can dine coupon. My Husband and I went back and absolutely enjoyed the food. Everything was fresh I ordered ahead and maybe 5-7 min later picked up at the window. We ate right in the parking lot.
I’ve not eaten here in over a year, for me they were always too busy, out of fajita veggies, and dirty but that was not this experience. I ordered the family style meal originally for expected company but ended up having it over the course of a few days for my family of four.
Let’s start with the good. I had a very pleasant service experience from “J” I’m so sorry I’m blanking on his full name but he greeted me when I walked in, he spoke highly of his team, and he assisted me with no hesitation with the missing items from my large order. It was a pleasure to speak with him!
Now the nitty gritty:
I originally placed a pick up for drive through but I was waiting behind cars past my pick up time and figured for this type of order there would be a lot to check for I would just go in anyway. Wonderful service glad I did and at opening the restaurant was clean and well stocked. At the time I was the only one in there.
Knowing that we spend about $30-40 for our family normally I think this was definitely a value meal. Originally they gave me two bags that had all the hot food items “J” generously made sure I got my chips, tortillas and cold toppings.
Disappointed that they didn’t check the full meal in the back, also again didn’t come in the advertised box just bags. My biggest complaint is everything tasted bland/watery. Looked really good and smelled the same but it definitely lacked in taste.
For the family meal you cannot order more than one meat or the fajita veggies hence my steak and veggies on the side. That had a little flavor, also had the chimichurri which was garlic heavy and smelled good but if anything was just spicy and oily. You get a good portion of chicken and rice, the beans there were a lot left over. Wish you got more lettuce, more cheese, there was plenty of sour cream because I asked for it, queso and the salsas. Would l go back and or order this again, probably not nothing tastes like chipotle originally did. This absolutely lacked freshness and flavor.

I have eaten at this location about 10 times and only keep giving it a chance because it is closest to my home. This unfortunately means my doordash orders also come from this location. Almost every time im there, they are “out” of something. Many times this is at 6:30 or 7pm. It doesnt seem like the cooks keep up with when they need to be preparing more meat or toppings. This evening, they ran out of queso. Several evening orders from this location have arrived without guacamole that was requested as well. The worst part of this location is unfortunately the service. Today, a young girl was handling the entire counter on her own. She was in a terrible mood and kept talking under her breath and breathing as if she was irritared with my requests. I could also tell that she was extremely stressed when it came to the burrito wrapping. Either she didnt pay attention or was not taught how to wrap them. Both my wife and I received what looked like perfect circles with our food pouring out the side. She was also upset when she had to be inconvenienced to reach into the back of the fridge for the corn. None of her teammates seemed to be communicating either. Maybe this location needs some decent leadership to get orders right, train, and keep moral up. If there is not any improvement, I will be eating elsewhere.

Utterly disgusting experience leading to eating of raw white meat chicken and chipotle corporate doing nothing about it.
Floors were covered in trash and food
Drink station was covered in splashed drinks sugar and trash
Employees looked apathetic and checked out with zero concern for customers
Drinks were all empty and the spinners were just spinning foam and gunk at the bottom of the tank, hadn’t been refilled in hours or days
Food behind the window was slopped and sprayed everywhere
Food behind the window had been sitting out so long one employee had a temperature probe trying to verify it was even still safe to serve
Ordered a standard chicken and rice bowl and the white mean chicken was almost raw
It was covered in so many toppings and other sauces it took a minute to realize we were eating raw chicken
I emailed corporate 6-7 begging them to resolve this privately so I didn’t have to bash them with a public review
All they offered was a straight refund, no free food free drinks coupons of anything at all
I will be posting photos here of the raw uncooked chicken
I will be reporting this hazard to the food safety inspector

I had a good experience at this Chipotle location. The food was good, and the service was friendly and efficient. I also appreciated that the bathroom was clean, which is always a plus. However, I couldn’t give a full 5-star rating because the floor in the dining area was noticeably dirty, which detracted from the overall atmosphere. A bit more attention to cleanliness would make this place better.

I have, like others, have returned several times to give this place a chance. Nothing has changed since it opened. I was there tonight and there was absolutely no one in the service area. After about 5 minutes and 3 customers leaving someone showed up. The place was disgustingly dirty, the food available was little left, and no chips and little guac left. They could not make change so I said just give me the bills I was owed. The food had little flavor. I swear I won’t go back but chipotle when properly functioning is a good place to eat.

Ordered ahead using the app and picked up in the restaurant. They were very busy when I arrived, so there was a short wait, but the food was well worth it. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and the portion was generous—enough for both lunch and dinner. Great value and consistent quality even during the rush!

I didn’t eat much of this food. The protein was cold and the lettuce was wilted. The chips and queso also did not taste right. The restaurant was dirty, with food all over the counters and floor. A worker had his pants down under his butt. Now my stomach is cramping and I won’t be returning. And that cost just under $20

I’ve been at this chipotle and other locations multiple times, with most of the time it being a less than average experience. Today, I was impressed with the quality of service and food that I received at this location. It seems like this store has had new management take over, but whatever they’re doing, it’s working! The young man that took my order asked me what i wanted and I proceeded to tell him I wanted a bowl and my protein was going to be the beef Barbacoa. His response was what do you mean? Well it is on the menu right above his head i told him. Would not recommend this restaurant.

I stopped in for a veggie bowl for dinner last night and the dining room looked like someone turned over a trash can and spread it all over the floor and tables. But I was getting food to go so I overlooked that. The line was pretty long but the staff kept it moving. When it was my turn to order, there were no signs indicating that they were out of anything so I ordered my veggie bowl and the staff member added rice and beans and then told me they are out of fajita veggies and guac. I was kind of irked that I would have to pay $10+ for a veggie bowls with no veggies or guac but okay, I will get the toppings I like and it will taste good. But they were also out of the two salsas I like, the pico and the corn. I asked them to just put whatever they had left on it but it was just tomatillo salsa and cheese and sour cream. This is no indictment of the staff working last night. They were busting their behinds. They definitely needed more help and more food because the line behind me wasn’t getting any shorter.
