Very friendly staff. Great location of restaurant. Plenty of parking. Quick staff. Busy staff. I was disappointed that the newly promoted chicken was all sold out and it was only 2:30pm on a Saturday and none was cooking on the grill like in the “commercials”…. but my meal still exceeded my expectations! I was very surprised of how hot, fresh, delicious my food tasted! I was also appreciative that the generous portion finally matched the price of my meal! I entered the store with a critical eye and left with a pleasantly surprised full and satisfied belly with money still left in my pockets! Definitely a win/win for all!

Do you like repeatedly botched orders with the added bonus of the Chipotle delivery price premium? How about always-cold meat? Do crunchy chips cause you grief and make you wish for something more soggy and mushy? Would you like to wait for a bag of chips when someone who placed their order 15 minutes after you get the last of the non-soggy chips? I ordered a large bag of chips, and this was the portion I got, and then only eating a few off the top. The rest were small broken pieces and also had no sour cream in my chicken bowl .STAY AWAY from this location

On a Saturday, this Chipotle restaurant had several employees working, but they are looking to hire additional employees. My wait time was a reasonable several minutes. The menu listed burritos, salads, tacos, and bowls. Guacamole was out of stock, so I later added my own guacamole at home. The employees properly prepared my veggie bowl and chicken bowl. They accurately rang up my purchase, and I felt pleased that each meal cost only several dollars. I appreciate that this restaurant will donate 33 percent of sales to my friend’s daughter’s fundraiser.

We’ve been coming here since it’s opening. Everytime it gets worse. No fajita veggies ever. No corn salsa. Burnt chicken. They must be really tightening up because the portions are 1/4 smaller than a year or so ago. Next time I crave Chipotle I’m going to drive to wexford location and see if it’s company wide. Disappointing because it is one of my favorite places to go. I hate Moe’s(too salty).

Long wait, often out of main ingredients (Rice, steak, chicken, salsa, and etc). Got stale chips and the drink machine was out of ice. And they are sometimes closed when they should be open. I had a pick up order take an hour in the past. This location is just really bad and although the food can be good it’s expensive and not worth the trouble.

Made my online order for a single burrito at 5:17 pm and it was scheduled for pickup at 5:30. When I got here there were NO customers in line. I patiently waited as I watched multiple customers make their orders and zoom through in a couple minutes while I wait for my order. I finally got my order at 5:52.This is completely unacceptable. The sad thing is this is the second time this has happened to me. I love the food here but customers service is not good. Hopefully things will get better.

Officially done with this location. I’ve had so many delivery orders that were missing an item. I’ve gone in to pick up and was charged twice for 1 item. Today they didn’t forget anything but it’s just so bad. A salad that has hardly any lettuce in it, and what is there is yellow. Giant chunks of chicken that have so much fat.. just disgusting. Couldn’t even eat half of it.

On a Thursday for lunch at 12:45 they had no guac & no queso. I ordered online paid for quac, but never got it. My to go order still wasn’t available 20m after my time. I’ll echo many other reviews, this store is just bad. Short-staffed, out of ingredients, and generally slow all around. Save yourself the frustration and get take out somewhere else.

Manger on shift, I was greetied by him as we entered the building as he was outside leaning against a trash can smoking, came inside to help the small line that had formed. As he goes behind counter to serve and start the order he NEVER washed his hands just threw on plastic gloves. Then in caveman grunting style he just shook his head and you were to guess and what he was pointing at. Not ONE table was clean enough to eat on and the mess outside was just as bad. 100 percent do not recommend stopping here!!! Disgusted
