I would definitely say that this Chipotle is one of the best locations in the Pittsburgh area. It is by far the cleanest and well organized Chipotle I’ve been to.
Their food is always always, wonderful. The service is excellent and the food is always correct when ordering takeout.
There is plenty of parking and plenty of seating if you want to stop in and grab a quick bite. I highly recommend this location… Great job!!!!

On a Saturday, this Chipotle restaurant had several employees working, but they are looking to hire additional employees. My wait time was a reasonable several minutes. The menu listed burritos, salads, tacos, and bowls. Guacamole was out of stock, so I later added my own guacamole at home. The employees properly prepared my veggie bowl and chicken bowl. They accurately rang up my purchase, and I felt pleased that each meal cost only several dollars. I appreciate that this restaurant will donate 33 percent of sales to my friend’s daughter’s fundraiser.

Chipotle is the greediest company ever. App screwed up and sent my food to this wrong location, so I was charged for food I didn’t receive. This happened on 12/21/2024 and as of today still not refunded. They keep sending emails a week apart asking the same questions on answers I’ve given to them multiple times. The food sucks too. I don’t even care about the money, just their attitude and horrible customer service left me no choice but to leave a horrid review. What an extreme waste of time.

Asked for extra rice and they didn’t even put in the normal amount. Don’t worry they skimp on the chicken as well. Happens every time I go there. Probably the worst chipotle there is around. The staff definitely don’t want to be there and will give you the least amount of food possible so they don’t have to make more. Would highly recommended driving an extra 15 minutes to a better quality location.

Stopped in to get some burritos with my son. Out of chips, soda machine out of syrup, 7 people working and only 1 person making and serving food while also running the register. The guy making the burritos skipped stuff and I had to specifically ask him to back up and add them. Gave super small portions and gave us half seasoned chicken because they ran out of seasoning and sauce for the chipotle chicken. Asked for large fountain drinks and he handed us medium cups and walked away to make stuff for he next customer. Left me to pay without offering any receipt or confirming anything went through. Place was also a mess.

I used to eat here almost every week but it got worse and worse. Now I am going all the way to McCandless just to have normal burrito. Rice is hard like stone. Servings are so small that you have to explicitly ask for extra to have normal amount that is given in other locations. They put rice as if it is rare gemstone even though is hard like one. And they are often out of some ingredients.

Lady at the counter informed me that there was gonna be issues with my online order, and compensated more than enough for it. I was very happy with the service and she made sure I felt valued as a customer. 10/10, will be back again.

Do not I repeat do NOT eat here, I work at Passavant hospital and ordered ahead to grab food before my night shift. I went it grabbed my food and went straight to my car with the bag, once I got to work I opened it and began to eat some of it! And I seen something red on the side and I only get lettuce cheese and sour cream on my bowl . You could only imagine my surprise and disgust when I seen it. And part of it is missing it’s still alive and moving but its bottom half was gone so that means somebody else’s bowl had the rest of its body in it! Absolutely foul!

Very friendly staff. Great location of restaurant. Plenty of parking. Quick staff. Busy staff. I was disappointed that the newly promoted chicken was all sold out and it was only 2:30pm on a Saturday and none was cooking on the grill like in the “commercials”…. but my meal still exceeded my expectations! I was very surprised of how hot, fresh, delicious my food tasted! I was also appreciative that the generous portion finally matched the price of my meal! I entered the store with a critical eye and left with a pleasantly surprised full and satisfied belly with money still left in my pockets! Definitely a win/win for all!
