Order was completely wrong, waiting for a half hour in the drive thru to go in and have an attitude from employees that I went in to get my food and the kitchen was a big mess. I’ve wrote to your online survey already so I don’t need the automated message telling me to do that. I didn’t even order sour cream on my bowl! Will probably not return to this store ever again

Stopped at Chipotle Pittsburgh Mills today to grab lunch and the food was absolutely amazing. My burrito was filled and the steak was out of this world. My server Misty was perfect and she made my burrito and my daughters quesadilla and sons bowl just how we wanted them. I will absolutely be coming back and I 100% recommend this Chipotle location over any of the others!

It’s unfortunate this location is so bad. I eat here once every few months to see if anything changes. The staff changes but everything else is the same. Service is very, very slow, the workers are working with 0% urgency, the kitchen floor and counters are filthy, and as a result the food is not good. The most disappointing thing about yesterday’s visit was that I thought I was overcharged; I didn’t question it and I tapped my card anyway. As soon as the receipt came out the cashier crumpled it up and threw it away. I asked for a new receipt, and I was told it could not be reprinted. So I just left; I could have made a scene but I have eaten at Chipotle long enough, 3 bowls and chips does not cost $54. So I will not go back to this location, not in a few months to see if things change, not ever. And it’s unfortunate because it’s a nice chain, I eat at other Chipotles all of the time. This one happens to be the one closest to my house. THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS LOCATION NEEDS TO CHANGE OR IT WILL CLOSE SOON DUE TO IT BEING A LOW PERFORMING STORE.

Walked in and immediately noticed the mess. The garbage cans were overflowing and every surface had food and trash on it. The service was super slow and by the time we were able to get to the counter we walked out because the food looked dry as sand. Never coming back here and i hope no one else spends their money on this either

Something at the Mills location has seriously improved in the last month. We used to have awful experiences with missing items and wrong orders every single time—especially with veggie bowls coming with no veggies or lettuce. We love Chipotle and kept trying, but eventually gave up.
A few weeks ago we gave it another chance, and the food was perfect. Everything was correct and ready on time. We tried again… perfect again. Third time tonight—still perfect.
Whatever changed, please keep it up! And please keep those veggies in stock for us vegetarians!

I’m not sure what is going on at this location but it’s so bad. I have been here several times (to my misfortune) and each time has been a disappointment. Complaints about my most recent experience include: the lemonade tasted TERRIBLE, trash overflowing, burrito was the size of a hotdog, my wife didn’t finish her food because all she could taste is burnt chicken. Such a disgrace because we spent $27 to get one food item and one drink each. Chipotle can be so good if the employees just do their jobs correctly. But that never happens at the Pittsburgh Mills location! Chipotle needs to intervene at this location. Do not go here. Go to Waterworks.

I drive out of my way to this location to avoid Waterworks location. This one is decent but they consistently way overcook the chicken most days (weekday lunches). Also the rice can sometimes be undercooked. Otherwise, this location is FAR better than waterworks.

My tacos are wet! She used her gloves scooped everything in the very bottom! Didnt use a spoon to strain anything off and the pans had more water then food.. A handful of water everytime! So pissed off right now. Had it remade and the bald headed guy didn’t give me any chicken. These people need fired. Go somewhere else!

The whole is restaurant is dirty. The pop machine is dirty sticky and moldy. There was not one single table clean in the whole restaurant. The sour cream looked like it hasn’t been stirred all day. The beans were crusty I didn’t even order and left. They need a management team to clean that place up.
