12/21 — came into the store and got two chicken bowls. Was charged for double chicken when I didn’t get double chicken. I did not notice until I got home and checked the receipt. I attempted to call the number provided on the receipt after 20 minutes on hold I was asked to leave a message. I’m not driving 10 minutes back to the store to either get a refund or a side of extra chicken. This will be my last time at this chipotle location. It’s always something and it’s always new staff that doesn’t get customers order right. See the picture. How is that double chicken??

The food was delicious and the gentleman in the photo was incredible. He didn’t stop for a second as he prepared meal after meal- and that’s why I only gave it three stars, along with the wait time because of the other employees and the high price. This man was working his butt off while two other employees just stood at the counter where no one was in line and played with their hair and chatted. It took at least twice as long to get our food because they did nothing and allowed this employee to handle the entire kitchen by himself

Deplorable at any time or day that you go. My husband and I wanted something quick to eat so I stopped by on a Tuesday around 8:30 PM… I waited 45 minutes in line with 3 people in front of me, each ordering 1 bowl. There was 1 guy doing absolutely everything – he was sweet and very nice but sooooo slow.
When it was my turn to order the bowls, I knew I should’ve walked out. Almost every single ingredient and topping were out, which is super common for this location. There were other staff cooking chicken, making take out orders, but this one poor guy making all of the MTO orders and he looked stressed.
Receiving our bowls, they were pathetically filled and my husband spent the next day on the bowl if you know what I mean.
At any given time you go into this location, it’s dirty, nothings cleaned or wiped up, and they’re always out of food. Garbage is piled high and you need to wait 30 minutes to get a spoon or fork from someone behind the counter. Where they make the food is also always dirty like they never wipe after they make a bowl and dishes piled high. I wouldn’t be surprised if the Health Department came in pretty soon to do an inspection because it’s deplorable.
The management in this location needs to do better. Quite honestly, I’d prefer if they shut down their mobile orders and focus on the in-store customers, and perfect that business first. For the amount of money you pay for a bowl or burrito, this location has a horrible customer experience and is just dirty.

Possibly the worst chipotle I’d ever been too. Employees sweating all over the food. Wiping their sweat off with the same gloves they’re serving food. Half portions bc they were running low on cooked meats. The area by the napkins and utensils was dirty and almost empty. The aguas frescas were all running low and some were empty. Safe to say I won’t be going back to this chipotle. Close it down.

How has corporate not intervened at this location? Food edible. Two visits equated to 65+ minutes of my time waiting with almost nobody in front of me. Nearby locations are somehow able to keep everything clean and serve 20x the customers and I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes…EVER!

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE PLEASE!! YOU WILL GET SICK !! FOOD POISONING ALERT !! I ordered my food as normal but noticed a strange smell when I went in the store. When I got the food home I realized that the food was absolutely rancid. It smelled so bad ! The guacamole was brown and there was definitely something wrong with the food. I took like 3 bites out of it, Thinking maybe it’s in my head. I had a rancid taste in my mouth and my stomach was sick. I eventually vomited. So my experience taking my food back was equally as terrible. I went in and proceeded to the counter and told the mystified cashier the food was rancid. The girl at the counter just had a stupid look on her face and acted like I was lying. She retrieved supervisor and I told her and her team standing around to smell the food which they refused. The food smelled so bad but they acted like I was lying. The one girl with a small tattoo on her neck said, “it’s funny that a few people ordered after me.” She’s obviously a philosophical scholar. What words of wisdom.These people have 0% customer service skills. So they gave me my money back and I ended up calling corporate and Beaver County Chief Health Inspector.Lets all hope it gets shut down. I researched and found out that Chipotle already has a record of unsanitary conditions. Right now I’m hoping and praying I won’t get food poisoning and I’m expecting there to be a lot more complaints and sick people today. If you enjoy your livelihood I would strongly suggest to find another place to eat. This place is dangerous and the employees are clueless.

I’m blown away by how bad that was. Bone dry drink dispensers. Out of rice. I was told they were out of steak then they told the person literally next in line they could wait 1 minutes for steak. I wasn’t rude. I didn’t make a fuss but I was so deeply offended for them to make it seem as though steak was not an option for me then the very next person a beat later was offered to wait 1minute. There were 8 people on staff but no one was productive. they needed to restock food drinks and utensils in a not very busy store with maybe 10 people in total. The drink dispensers were so dry I felt they hadn’t been refilled in week. There was food on the ground. Dirty tables. The trash was full. We couldn’t run out the door fast enough. I only post in extremes… exceptionally good or really bad. Please don’t waste your time here. Saturday evening and with 6 persons working there, there was no brown rice, no beans,no tomatoes, no sour cream, no salsa (except jarred green and a brown/red chipotle sauce?) and no queso melted. It was a complete waste of time and money. No onions…barely lettuce and the line was long behind me. You couldn’t make a decent taco with the ingredients they had. With the crew they had working, you would expect at least one person making sure that the line was stocked. I went when they first opened and it was really bad but I thought they hadn’t ironed out the wrinkles yet… figured I’d give them a second chance. Fool me once…shame on you…fool me twice…I’m an eternal optimist but shame on me!!!! This was a 42 dollar mistake for 2 bowls that didn’t have half the ingredients ( that were supposed to on the line) that I wanted. My apologies for crassness. Other than that, the location is great! There’s no denying that it’s convenient! I’m trying to stay positive…3rd time a charm???!!!!

I have never had an issue at this chipotle. My orders have always been correct and ready on time. Furthermore, the team always hooks it up!!! I typically order pretty late at night (after 9:30) and they are never out of anything and the store has been clean. My salad bowl last night was out of this world and I had leftovers for lunch. Thanks chipotle crew!!!

We ordered on the app for pickup. We got home and opened our food to find two bowls that were very minimally filled. My bowl only had about 2 tablespoons of meat on it. (Literally, two bites of meat.) This is the second time this has happened. When you call the restaurant to discuss it with someone, it’s just a recording that won’t allow you to talk to a manager. I gave them a pass when this happened right after they opened. I understood they were busy and things can get overlooked. But I just paid $12.70 for basically a bowl of rice. That’s unacceptable.
