I’m going to start on a positive note. The staff were very nice and the place was pretty clean. The food tasted delicious as always, but… the portion sizes were laughable. I’ve been to chipotle in different towns and different states and the appeal is that the burritos are bursting at the seams and the bowls are over full. I feel like I got scammed at this point. Over $20 for a burrito half the size it should be and a half full bowl for my daughter. I had like 8 pieces of meat total in my burrito and the tiniest scoop of rice. It was more corn than anything. And my daughter’s bowl had more tomatoes on top than it had of meat or rice. Not sure why this location is so skimpy on the food. It was Not worth the price.

Ordered three burritos online, wife and daughter have both thrown up and wife said the burrito tasted like band aids after looking it up is a direct indication of food in contact with cleaning supplies. Run! Do not go to this location. We love chipotle but this experience has ruined it for us!

Waited 45 minutes for a pick up order got it home and the food was all wrong had to throw it out. Contacted customer service and think that giving me a free drink and chips makes up for the 30 dollars i spent there when i asked for a refund. Absolutely the worst experience and the customer service garbage. I will never eat there again or recommend it to anyone.. What a joke

Ok, so the staff was incredible! She didn’t have a name tag or i’d give her a shout out! Young red head…anyways, she was busting her butt! They had maybe 6-8 employees in the back (I’m assuming they were doing to-go or dash orders) and this poor girl was by herself on the front and register! She was friendly, patient, and moving as fast as she could, but the line was probably 20 people long. I watched some young kid cutting meat leave and take a break, sitting on his cell phone while she practically killed herself. Now, I know there are labor laws, but when I was younger, if there was a line, you waited to take your break because you didn’t leave people hanging. I waited in line for almost 20 minutes for a taco and chips. My food was delish, so I can’t complain about that, however, the counters, tables, and drink stations were gross. I’m glad I didn’t purchase a drink because ew…no thanks. They need to have a staff going around and cleaning, and at least two more people helping out front. I’d hate to try to come on a week night!

Edited – In the initial days, the service took a while. We had to wait an hour or more for a pick-up order. I gave this location another shot and I’m surprised they improved a lot. My order is on time. The quality of the food is great and quantity is ample. I would definitely recommend this place. Do check out with your friends and family. Weekends can get crowded, so prepare yourself beforehand.

I don’t know what people expect. This store just opened in a small town where we never get anything obviously its going to be super packed. It’s been two days people. They have 100’s to thousands of people coming in all day and ordering pickup as well. The staff is super friendly and nice and my food tastes great just like any other chipotle. Yes you will have to wait but again it’s brand new and it’s going to be packed. Only thing i can recommend is more staff as yesterday I saw only one person on the burrito line with 20-30 people waiting in line. You’ll need more people helping if possible. Great otherwise.
