I ordered a burrito bowl from this Chipotle and unfortunately had a really disappointing experience. While eating, I found a piece of plastic mixed in with my food. This is a serious food safety issue and completely unacceptable. I expect better quality control, especially from a place I normally enjoy. I hope the management addresses this so it doesn’t happen to anyone else.

Worth the 2 hour round trip for me! Didn’t disappoint, Chipotle always hits the spot. Staff were very friendly and drive thru food was made fresh. Only complaint would be no forks in the bag, and the chicken could’ve been cut a little smaller lol. Otherwise yum!

Train your employees. I watched the employee Assembling Burritos picking up food that had fallen onto the steam table and putting it into people’s burrito more than once today. Employees with gloves touching their phones then food. They were preparing. And the poor woman closing burritos couldn’t fold a burrito if her life depended on it.

This is the worst Chipotle I have ever been to. The food is always cold, bland and underportioned. The staff are rude as hell and instead of fixing mistake they just kick you out.
No one in town likes this Chipotle. Imagine being so excited to get a restaurant that is typically incredible just to get one that is consistently terrible. There’s a reason they only have 3.3 stars. I am obviously not the only one to feel this way.
Serving undercooked chicken is extremely dangerous and thats what you get here, or you get burnt to a crisp hard as a rock nasty chicken.
Know who the manager is and there is no surprise why this place is so horrific. In DESPERATE need of new management.
Dont waste your time or money folks. Choose something else for dinner.

Stupid me, thought that maybe this time would be okay. I picked up a order for my office, both burrito bowls were mixed up (unediable for me), honest mistake, but my lunch break is over and I am unable to go back to the store to pick up a corrected burrito bowl. I called to get a refund for my meal. Nope, they said they are unable to do refunds. They will not deliver a corrected meal because it would be an order under $10. So I don’t get a lunch today. But don’t worry! They offered TWO free beverages for future use. I am most upset because there is no way to get ahold of anyone at the actual location, just customer support from somewhere that is not local.
Over priced and poor customer service.

Absolutely terrible customer service today. I have my infant in the car and tried ordering 1 taco via the app and because I don’t have Google Pay my payment didn’t go through. However said I could pay at the window. The guy at the window was so unbelievably rude and when I asked how can I place my order, can I call, he had not a clue what I could do. I mentioned I had my kid in the car…he could careless. Get new staff Chipotle in Olean. Im sure there are other people out there that would value that job.

If I could give zero stars, I would. There is NO way this chipotle will survive in Olean at this rate. Ordered a STEAK fajita with fajita veggies. Sides of green salsa, fresh tomato salsa and sour cream. As you can see, only 1 side. Only had a few slivers of mushy onion. The steak was inedible dry chicken. The cheese was no where near melted. The entire meal was cold. The chips and guac I got on the side, were also inedible. Guac was brown and tasted old. Chips, I couldn’t even chew. They were so stale, they bent instead of breaking. Hubby ordered a steak burrito. This thing was the size of a bean burrito from taco bell and was literally filled with 95% white rice. All in all, we would have chosen Taco Bell over this if we knew the quality and quantity of food we’d be getting.

One of the guys complained about double wrapping a burrito because it was after it was made but put so much sauce on it that it was gonna be messy and I didn’t want to make a mess all over the tin foil or the bag. He said “You want it double wrapped?” and then I said yes and he said “You….” and told his coworkers he had to stop himself from saying anything rude. It’s their job to make food correct and if it’s messy obviously we’re gonna want it wrapped again to avoid having a messy unpleasant meal. His coworker laughed when he said he had to hold himself back from being rude. Need to hire decent mannered kids and adults instead of snippy college kids who don’t know manners. As well as one of the guys was walking around with his pants half down and underwear hanging out. I’m all for style or whatever but not in public restaurant where they serve and touch food all day.
