Avoid!! I was more than half way done with my food until I found a baby roach in my food. When I brought it up to the workers they seemed less than surprised about it and told me they tend to get into the lettuce and In from the washer often. Seems they know they have an infestation but are still operating as usual. Hope I don’t get sick!!! Don’t eat here!!

Ordered online and when I got there to get my order I was told it was a 15 minute wait because they ran out of steak. I said ok and say down. The entire restaurant was in chaos. The employees were all stressed and running around. There were bags of chips stacked up and around the dining area as well behind the counter. The pick up shelves were full of bins of chips and some of the bins were touching a trash can. There was a broken pair of scissors just layout out in the dining area where a child could just grab it. Was NOT a pleasant experience and I felt uncomfortable with the way the food was handled. I won’t be back to this location.

Probably the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to. Food tastes off, they were out of several items which I would have normally gotten, and didn’t even bother to snap the lid on my bowl or vinaigrette, resulting in the vinaigrette spilling in the bag and soaking through onto my car seats. Extremely disappointed with this experience and I hope corporate can step in and do something about this.

The food was decent, chipotle has this funny meme about how they barely want to give you rice and the guy at the counter literally tried to put a small spoonful in my burrito it was actually laughable. Then he and another employee were trash talking my friend who had just gotten a bowl in front of me in line and walked away to sit down, I don’t think they realized we were friends but either way it was rude. They were talking about how she asked for fajita veggies when they were out of stock and how it was their biggest pet peeve when people ask for something that is ‘clearly’ not there and just kept complaining about it for way longer than necessary it was just not needed.
Then there was none of the regular tabasco left and the girl at the register seemed so unbelievably uptight about me asking for another bottle. Her attitude was ridiculous and then she said to me all snooty “You can throw that one away” in a rude tone about the empty bottle that I was still holding. Everyone who works there seems so miserable. Also the garbage was completely overflowing with trash. 0/10 service tbh.

I have ordered here 3 times now over the last month or two and everytime I order fajita veggies I don’t get any. Im ordering the vegtable burrito and am never given vegtables I can understand maybe running out once but I always order in advance and 3 times now have just not been given the right order. If you’re vegetarian or vegan don’t go to this one.

This location baffles me. The manager, Sha-Ron Bates informed me there are 80 some other locations if I didn’t like the fact that his location thinks that serving peppers and onions is “a lot of work”
So they usually don’t have them and make no effort to provide them throughout the day! When I asked for a refund because my online order had not been filled properly I was told to take it up with corporate, handed his card and told I could leave his Chipotle location. If you’re interested in peppers and onions, it’s a lot of work so you may want to try one of their many other locations like I will be doing in the future. I’ve never been told by a manager that he’s not asking his employees to do their job because it’s too much work. Cutting peppers and onions…
I swore I never would go back to this Chipotle again but lo and behold here I am standing in line because I want some of their new chimichurri sauce for something I’m cooking at home. I decided I would order a bowl along with the chimichurri but once again, no soft shell or hard shells, no peppers and onions, no chimichurri! I ended up walking out empty-handed once again along with other customers that were totally unsatisfied. Also if you order online they don’t tell you their shortchanging you on your order and you end up paying full price. Something has to change especially at the Jefferson road location!!

This chipotle used to be good, but I have no idea what is happening here. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION. God forbid you come on lunch or want to get a quick bowl or burrito. Your wait time will be roughly an hour to two hours. You may have to get your meal refunded if you ordered online or they might’ve lost the order on top of that the customer service is rude and non-cooperative, they brush you off as they yell at co-workers. Terrible environment simply choose your meal elsewhere.

I did an online order for pick up and arrived on time there. Ten minutes go by and I asked about my order and they told me it was stolen and that it was being prepared. If I had not asked they would not have bothered to ask about it. When I got it was a complete mess and could barely close. I didn’t get some of the stuff I asked for and the chimichuri tasted off.This place used to be more organized and clean. This is my closest chipotle but I’ll drive the extra mile to avoid this one.
