This location really sucks sometimes but is great other times, I have eaten at corporate locations and franchise location. The meat is sometimes over cooked and dry, they skimp on queso and if you ask for more they charge you for double but at corporate locations ends up being a single serving. This location also has a problem with online orders. I ordered the same thing every time and sometimes I get a full bowl and sometimes it’s a half even though I order extra rice.

I ordered a quesadilla for pickup using their app with sides of green chile salsa, sour cream, and black beans. After I got home from picking it up, I opened the bag & found just the quesadilla with no sides, not even in the normal quesadilla tray. Luckily, I had some salsa & sour cream in the fridge, both because I really didn’t feel like going back out and because the quesadilla was really dry and definitely needed something to dip it into. I went back on the app & used their online assistant to alert them to the mistake, and they offered me a free beverage as compensation. I would have preferred a free replacement quesadilla, but I accepted. I will probably go back, at least to get my free drink, but I’ll be sure to double-check my order before I go home.

Lunch line moves pretty quickly. Line servers are good, not so much the cashier at the time. Place needed napkins and a good straightening; litter was all over the table tops and floor. (Again, it was lunch time … and some customers are pigs.)

My oldest daughter and I choose to eat here instead of a different chipotle closer to her house. Big mistake, and we’ll never eat at this specific chipotle ever again. We did the mobile order before arriving, which was completed by 6:05, letting us know that our order will be ready by 6:20. 6:20 arrived and nothing. After waiting at least 15 more minutes, we asked where our meal was. They hadn’t even started it yet. And when they did, I was so disappointed in what my daughter received. My burrito bowl looked like it always does. However, my daughters burrito bowl was the one in the picture. Are you kidding me? That’s half a kids meal, and my daughter is not 6 years old anymore. I barely ate any of my meal. Completely lost my appetite.

This Chipotle can be great or can be average. Last time it was average, the soda machine was flat (no co2), and we weren’t told that until AFTER we paid… pretty annoying as we had to wait for the manager to credit us. Often times there are lines here and sometimes it’s a quick process but sometimes it’s just a process

Have never gotten an order on time. Usually have to wait an additional 20-30 minutes. I watched them make my order with burnt food, and scrapped whatever left over chicken they had left from the pan into my bowl, wasn’t even a full serving of chicken. Clearly understaffed so I’m not giving the staff a hard time, but it’s always chaotic every time I go there.

If you want to get yelled at by rude employees, go here! They are incredibly stingy with ingredients as well. I heard the employees at the Pittsford Chipotle are trained that way. Also, they run out of ingredients around 8:30pm so don’t bother going here late.

I visit Chipotle quite often. Probably several times a week arlt various locations. It’s probably a minor addiction. In any event, I’ve seen and tasted my fair share of Chipotle and I would argue that this is one of the top two best locations in Rochester for several reasons. A sufficient number of staff is put forward to deal with the massive line that normally develops, the chips are almost always fresh, the stations are pretty clean, and the staff is normally fairly kind and welcoming.

Visited this location three times in the last two months and every time that I visited I waited almost an hour to get from the front of the line to the cash register, as the store was only fulfilling online orders. Terrible attitude from the GM and the line employees consistently serve half scoop portions. Save yourself time and energy and go to the location on Mount Hope.
