These guys are min-maxing to the point of saving two cents on rice with quarter scoops. I’m ordering double rice, double chicken, double-wrapped, with guacamole. I don’t care what the price is. $18 for a burrito, whatever. But if I’m spending $18 on a takeout burrito, I expect it to actually have some quantity. Otherwise, what am I even doing here? I could go to literally any other restaurant and get better food, better service, and a larger portion.
Especially when the shift manager is making the burritos like it’s coming out of her own paycheck. The only time I get a decent burrito here is when they’re training someone and that person scoops like they’d actually want to be served. Then the manager either “corrects” them, takes over, or you never see them again.

Twice in the last two weeks this Chipotle location proved it should close its doors permanently. On 9/18 they were closed and on 9/30 they were out of chips?!? The lobby is always filthy, garbages overflowing. This is the closest location to my home and I don’t think I’ll come back. I waited 10 minutes at the counter to try to talk to someone about getting a refund for my order and they continually avoided eye contact.
I eventually got my order 20 minutes after the notification that it was ready, it included chips so now I’m extra confused.
My advice, if you need a chipotle fix, drive to the next one!

Please do not order delivery from here. I ordered through DoorDash and I got a salad with chicken and I paid for an extra portion of chicken. And what I received is laughable. There is literally maybe 9 pieces of lettuce for my “salad” then they didn’t give me the extra portion of chicken I paid like 5 dollars for. They also didn’t give me all the topping I asked for. The fajitas veggies were not cooked all the way and very crunchy. Also there was a thick layer of bean liquid at the bottom. The picture is after I had soaked a ton of it up. The food also came freezing cold even though it didn’t sit there long and my location is not even 5 minutes away.

I come to this chipotle all the time for the past year, I’ve always had good experiences but it’s has been fabulous lately!! The manager, Kimberly, who’s always working, is making some great changes! Doors are always open and food is fresh and fast I look forward to my rice bowl after my workout #proteinnn

Anyone who has the cilantro gene knows it’s unbearable to eat at all. I have this gene, and I love chipotle so I’ve always gotten the rice without it without problem. The nice man taking my order was extremely helpful and went to grab the rice, and while doing so a VERY rude tall man who was playing on his phone btw yelled at him in front of everyone to never do that again and just say no. Ordering the rice without cilantro is such a normal request I’ve never had someone get so mad about it before. He needs to check himself immediately

Came here for dinner and was charged for double meat when I did not say I wanted double meat. I wanted double rice, which I got. I told the cashier and she refused to take the charge for the double protein off my order. I got home and started to eat my bowl and found an extra long brown/black hair in my food. Not only was my food disgusting to begin with, found a hair in it. I want a refund and won’t be returning.

It took me until last week to try Chipoltle for the first time ever. Was always against giving it a chance due to the e.coli issue they had YEARS ago. Well, a coworker convinced me to order with her last week, and I went in to order. I encountered Kristy at the ordering line and she was literally awesome. Explained how everything works and encouraged me to try some options. She was right! What she suggested was delicious. So much so that because of her suggestions and how good they were and how great her customer service was , I decided would try them again. Yet again I had the pleasure of getting helped by Kristy and all I can say is she is consistent each time with quality customer service. As someone who owns a small business in this town I can appreciate good customer service and will be continuing to visit this establishment now, thanks to her.

We have regularly visited this location at least once a week, sometimes more often, for years. Over the last two months the food quality and customer service at this location has gotten extremely sloppy. The employees look and act inconvenienced to serve customers. There’s no consistency on the portion sizes. The blatant disregard for cross-contamination and cleanliness on the serving line is also disgusting. We really are hoping you get this sorted out Chipotle.
