I placed a mobile order with this Chipotle location on Military Road at 5:17 PM, expecting to pick it up by 5:30 PM. While the order was technically ready on time, the entire experience was really frustrating.
First, the portion sizes were noticeably smaller than usual—barely any rice, a heap of beans, and I paid extra for guacamole which was completely missing. I had to return to the store to get that corrected.
When they remade my order, I discovered they skimped on the chicken as well. I had to argue with the staff who insisted they had given me the right amount. Only after showing them piece by piece did they acknowledge how little chicken was actually in there. They refused to give me a refund on the spot, claiming it had to go through headquarters, and I ended up leaving my food there and walking out hungry.
To top it off, calling customer service was a hassle, and I had to mention “food poisoning” just to get someone to speak to me. Eventually, they offered me a refund, but the whole ordeal was exhausting.
This location really needs to step up its service, especially with mobile orders. Until then, I can’t recommend them.

Needed to a burrito bowl instead of a burrito because of a diet and when I got my food that I spent $20 on since I ordered extra protein the bowl was less than half full. I ordered through DoorDash and did pickup and the other bowl that my coworker ordered looks just about fine but mine looks like shit. I then tried calling the store but the entire time I was on the phone with the ai assistant who is only programmed to take orders and doesn’t know how to put a person on the phone so I could talk to someone to see what could be done and now I have wasted my entire break trying to get in contact with someone and haven’t even gotten to touch my food

This location again and again just can’t get it together. I’m so tired I’m walking in and there either no white rice, or getting a large chips with no chips in it. I’ve submitted so many receipts to Chipotle corporate about this location with pictures of the quality and lack of portion sizing. For the amount that Chipotle is charging I would like to get a decent size bag of chips and not have to hound the employees to put more than a small spoonful of rice on my burrito. I’ve added pictures from two orders weeks apart and the chips are still not full in the bag.

Instead I got, onions, a massive amount, something extremely spicy I cant even see and only white rice that is cold and hard.

THIS IS THE CHIPOTLE ON MILITARY ROAD in Niagara Falls!!! I ordered 2 bowls!, Paid $25 total and got about $3 worth of food in each bowl! I am not sure what is going on with this location, but this is not acceptable! I will NEVER spend my money here again!!! The chicken was the bottom of the barrel, burnt and little crumbs, but I guess that didn’t matter since they only gave me two teaspoons for each bowl. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL I SPEND MONEY HERE!

Do not order to go from this location. They give super low quantities as compared to other locations. What we got was almost half of what other locations provide. They didn’t even provide utensils.

I love chipotle restaurants, so I visit them all over America, but this particular restaurant is terrible. They always have something missing from their menu. Every day I come and they don’t have rice, onions, or anything else. The staff is unhappy. Beware of this restaurant. I can’t recommend it to you. I consider myself quite adequate, and I don’t write reviews here at all. But this time, maybe I’ll save someone’s mood and time.

If you come here during lunch they will have more than enough employees however they will all stare at the one worker who makes and cashes everyone out. Then the one worker will come over when a mobile order pops up make it and crawl back in the back tunnel on the line mind you there’s 20 people waiting.

We order from here about once a week and it has progressively gotten worse. Today we ordered at 8 for pick up at 8:30. We showed up at 8:35 and still had to wait ten minutes just to find out our food was done the whole time. We got the food and got home (we live 5 minutes away) our food was cold and very light on the helpings and stacked on its side leaking throughout the bag and damaged the bowls. It was by far the least pleasant experience I have ever had with Chipotle. Won’t be going back there for a while if at all. Very disappointed.
