This store was probably the worst run store I have ever seen. Our experience started off at the end of the line with the workers taking their sweet time to make our food, which wasn’t the issue I can understand that due to the being busy. My friends and I reached the counter and the worker proceeded to walk away and leave for the night leaving us waiting to get our order taken and a line out the door. There were multiple other workers walking around making eye contact with us some of them asking if we had ordered yet which we clearly haven’t. After waiting for around 5-8 minutes our order was finally taken. Yet the girl who took our order was so disrespectful and rude. She was slamming food on our burritos and bowls yelling at other employees that she shouldn’t even be on the line. Then one of my friends had ordered a build your own and she started making a kids quesadilla my friend politely corrected her and the worker stared at my friend in her eye proceeded to pick the cheese off the quesadilla and throw it aggressively on the ground. I was in shock watching this go down. I will not be recommending this store to our friends and I hope you take this compliment seriously with either hiring new staff or getting a new manager. Speaking of the manager the entire time he was sitting in the back eating candy (the customers could see him) and only coming up to cash people out when the customers screamed to the back asking someone to help cashing people out. Please fix this store or just get rid of it.

I have never seen anything like this before, I walk in and was ignored for 5 minutes while there were 5 staff members infront of me, they let us know it was online orders only. We placed our order, as we waited we continued to watch your staff ignore multiple people, causing people to walk out and get frustrated. There are multiple others sitting in here waiting for orders. They start taking walk ins while there are 10 others sitting waiting for there orders for 30plus minutes. This is absolutely horrible customer service and service. Would be a lot different if staff were communicating and understanding but when I asked where our bowls were I got attitude from your cashier. This location needs severe help and a manager.

Horrible service, horrible presentation of food, ran out of food. Workers were unprofessional and I will never return or spend my money. I have been to other chipotle in the suburbs and never had a bad experience. This place was horrible down from the building to the workers. Don’t support this location

One of the most frustrating and unprofessional experiences I have ever had at a Chipotle.

When I walked in, the line stretched halfway to the door. Customers were visibly irritated and had clearly been waiting a long time, yet no one was taking orders. Employees were walking around behind the counter as if customers were not even there, with no communication or explanation.

As time passed, one customer became frustrated and left. Another customer finally asked why no one was being served. The employee who had been behind the register and then walked away to wipe a table responded rudely, saying they were making more food. When the customer pointed out that food appeared to be available, the employee snapped that it was not enough and continued cleaning without helping anyone. That customer also left.

After a long wait, someone finally began taking orders. When it was my turn, an employee started making my bowl and a separate burrito, but then ran out of chicken. I was told there was cooked chicken in the back that only needed to be chopped, and the way it was communicated made it seem like it would not take long. Because of this, my burrito tortilla was already folded and left sitting. By the time I was still waiting, my food had gone cold and the tortilla had become hard.

The employee who started my order walked away and never returned or communicated with me again. At one point I saw her walking around with a trash can and then disappearing into the back with no explanation about my order.

Meanwhile the line continued to grow all the way to the door. Employees showed no urgency or communication. The same cashier who had been rude earlier was seen scooping steak onto her hand and eating it in front of waiting customers, saying she was hungry, and then making herself a personal burrito bowl while customers stood in line.

Eventually another employee asked who was waiting for chicken so that anyone who wanted steak could at least be served. When I asked about the chicken I had been told was ready in the back, he checked and returned with a container of cooked chicken that was still uncut, confirming the chicken I had been waiting on for nearly 40 minutes had never been prepared.

At that point I left without receiving any food. As I walked out, multiple customers were openly expressing their frustration and disbelief that chicken had been available the entire time.

The lack of professionalism, communication, and basic customer service was shocking, especially for Chipotle. My time was wasted and the entire experience was extremely disappointing. I would not recommend this location.

Ordered a Sofritas bowl online for pickup. There was no Sofritas in the bowl. Not the usual complaint about there not being enough – there wasn’t one piece. Received a free entree refund in the app, however. Staff is slow, and restaurant has random puddles everywhere? (ceiling leak?)

Waited in line for 40 mins with eight people in front of me on a Saturday at dinner time. Wth is going on with management? Why is there only two people working the front? Did not see a manager at all the entire time, like why isn’t there someone directing the team to make it go faster? And $20 for a bowl because you gotta order double meat bc the portions are horrible. The managers need to hire more people or get involved with service. your a multimillion $ company it shouldn’t take 40 mins to serve 8 people? Not even upset at the workers bc they seem stressed, overworked , understaffed, and underpaid. Might as well go to Walgreens and make my own bowl at this point. Def ain’t coming back to this location.

I ordered my food on the app at 6:38pm and it said it’d be done at 6:50. It is now 7:20pm and I just now got my food….It took up my entire lunch break waiting for my ONLINE ORDER. The whole point of ordering online is to skip the line and order ahead of time to there’s no delays. This happens almost every time I order through the app at this location. Why on earth would the wait time be so inaccurate? I understand it gets busy but this is ridiculous. Also, half the bowl is literally empty and when I told them about it they said I’ll have to get in line to have it remade??? The line is literally out of the door. I can’t wait ANOTHER 20-30min on top of the 30min it’s already late. This location is so terrible it’s not even funny. I’m never going to this location again. If you value your time and want what you pay for, go elsewhere. Garbage can overflowing as usual with trash everywhere

Don’t go here if you want to eat in! Yikes! So I’ll keep this short and simple because the pictures explain the environment. There was not one clean table in the entire restaurant, the floor was disgusting And even the tables that were supposedly “wiped” down were disgusting (see pic). The staff was far from pleasant. They weren’t “mean” But no one said hello, no one said, thank you, and no one barely talked. The food of course is great
Minus the bay leaf in my bowl, The environment was so disgusting and even the bathroom was disgusting with toilet paper all over the floor, the garbage was overflowing.
